Property Ratings at 151 Sip Ave
1st year was fine. 2nd year was really bad. Heating was so bad that pipes would freeze in the winter. Stove broke and I asked for repairs for at least a year but it was never fixed. Firefighter broke down my door and I asked for repairs for at least 5 months before it was fixed. My neighbor's door was also broken into but her lease was almost up anyway so she just left whereas I had just renewed my lease. When I left, hundreds of dollars were removed from my security deposit for wear and tear and for not leaving the apartment in better condition than I had found it in. My friends, family, and colleagues could not believe it either.
Bad experience from this building. Their garbage disposal is very unorganized and unsanitary plus their building is rat infested
Horrible.... landlord and property management lack responsibility upholding their end of the lease. Superintendent is completely useless whether it is a clogged toilet or any form of emergency. Pass this up! Had to give a rating........ really not even 1 star!
