Fantastic Apt Building

2000 Connecticut is one of the most ideal apartment buildings in DC! The location is fantastic - easy to get to downtown, DuPont, Adams Morgan, Woodley Park and really anywhere in the city. The management team is wonderful and very responsive (fix maintenance issues within 24 hours) The roof top and apartment views also can’t be found anywhere else. Highly recommend living in this building it’s a great value.

Love the building and the location, close to both DuPont Circle and Adams Morgan. The people who run the building are so helpful and on top of our requests. Spacious, clean, updated. Don't have any complaints.

Great Unit

We have been living here for 3 months and love our unit so far. The management has been very responsive and helpful when it comes to any question or problem. The security is great and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend anyone look at these units. The price is great for the area and the units are clean, updated, and a great living space!

Well-managed building in north DuPont/Kalorama

I've lived in this building for almost four years and love it. The building has an Art Deco feel, right down in the old postal mail chutes by the elevators. It's professionally run and staff are always quick to respond to any concerns residents have. They also host get-togethers for residents every few months, ranging from cocktail hours to holiday parties and make an effort to know residents by first name. Maintenance staff are very friendly and always do a great job with any repairs that are needed. The building also has "quiet hours," which, for an early riser like me, makes a huge difference! I highly recommend living here.
