In November 2022, we received word that 222 Hennepin Apartments would have a change in leadership and a new community director was announced. I have lived at 222 Hennepin for over two years now. I have also been vocal and provided feedback on areas of the community where I thought improvements should be considered. Many times, I felt like I was getting the “canned answer – thank you for your feedback. We are working on it.” However, nothing changed. I believed that my feedback became a contentious problem for 222’s leadership team. So, I stopped providing it and decided I should move at the end of my lease. What I can say now with full confidence is that Noah and his team (Tina, Dan, and Sarah) are AMAZING. They have changed my opinion of 222 and I love living here. Since Noah arrived in November 2022, he has been fully involved with every aspect of the community – from getting broken equipment fixed in the gym, replacing outdated TVs and workout benches to completing the painting of all interior hallways in the building. Every item I brought to him has been fully addressed. Not only has he and his team worked tirelessly to make the community better, but they have followed up on every item. Now, this is what I call ownership to resolution in action. One observation I have made over the past five months is that Noah and his team are caring, talented and truly extraordinary professionals. So much has changed under Noah’s leadership. They give more than just “lip service.” Unbelievably, the “little things” make a big difference in resident satisfaction. Noah, I appreciate all the “little things” you all do to make living at 222 so enjoyable. Thank you for understanding this concept and for striving to make 222 a truly great place to live.

This place screams AMAZING! My husband and I have been here a year and we just renewed our lease. 222 has such amazing events all the time, wonderful staff (Rick is probably 50%-60% of the reason we signed here), and overall great facilities. They really know how to take care of their customers and the building itself. I mean, how many apartments do a window cleaning?! If you’re not living here, why aren’t you?!! We love it here!

Cheap appliance, thin walls, no package handling process, and overpriced for what you get. Management seems nice, but the only benefit of living here is the location.

The team at 222 Hennepin is second to none. They go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure the community members enjoy their homes and feel safe, supported and engaged. The management goes out of its way to be responsive to needs, is proactive about potential upcoming issues and really does more than I have seen at most other rental properties to enrich the community morale. In a time of physical distancing, the team helps us feel connected with events, snacks and conversation (in a safe manner). Highly suggest checking the building and team out when looking for your next home!

Beautiful apartment with great view, excellent staff, and perfect location! If I’ve ever had a maintenance issue, it’s been addressed same day and an easy fix. I feel safe in this area and our security team is lovely especially Joe. The staff is super friendly and fun! Even during covid they have maintained some sort of activity in the building in compliance with covid safety. We are always getting treats and goodie bags with fun stuff to enjoy. Pet friendly building with the cutest pups without any notice of pup smells. Our cleaning staff is very thorough and Maria is so sweet. I looked at a lot of places before finding this gem and I couldn’t be happier :-)

We loved living here. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are much nicer than most places. The staff is really what makes this place. They are awesome and it wouldn't be the same place without them. We Had to move out of state, if we ever move back we will definitely move back to 222!

I loved so much about this property from the location, cleanliness, dog friendly, the over all light and happy vibe or feeling i got when i walked in the door and most importantly is the very knowledgeable and friendly staff at the front lobby that has been there all 3 times I’ve visited and greet me by name. The front staff really offer first class service without any of the up tight personality you might expect. If you are looking for downtown living i recommend this place as a must tour!!!

My friend Taryn asked me to play the Easter Bunny for one of their events for her tenants. From the service, to how beautiful it is, and right down to being in a great geographical location. I really recommend this property! They have different events throughout the month to bring the tenants together too. Taryn is great at her job planning events at this property. I’d help out anytime:)

So many wonderful amenities in this building - super clean - staff is super friendly and helping - best concierge I have ever dealt with. Conveniently located in Minneapolis with ample parking - with so many other condos coming up in the neighborhood trying to do what 222 is already doing why look anywhere else!

The staff here is by far the most down to earth, most friendly staff I have experienced in Minneapolis. The property itself is immaculate and has every amenity you could ever want. With a Starbucks just a few steps away, I don't know why you would want to live anywhere else. They deserve a 6th star.

Living downtown for 12 years now, 222 has been my favorite place to live thus far. Other than the facility and location being great the people that work there are truly amazing. I have not lived at a place where the employees really do care and pay attention to the people that live there as much as at 222. I had a sad event happen in my life and they showed sympathy and empathy in a very nice, personable way. I would recommend 222 as a place to live to anyone.

222 is a great apartment complex. I love the location, proximity to my favorite bars and restaurants, the residents and the staff. Aside from the location and great staff, this building has plentiful amenities, and awesome events. In the short few months we've lived here, we've been able to experience free weekly group fitness classes in the gym, use the grills and rooftop amenities, and go to several resident mixers such as the Halloween party and outdoor movie screening. I'd definitely recommend living here if you're looking for a friendly, fun community in the middle of the city.

My experience living at 222 has been nothing short of incredible. My wife and I have been living here for about three years and are in our second unit. When we were looking for more space and evaluated 222 against a lot of the new building in the area, it was still the clear winner. Location is unbeatable, amenities are great, and the community here feels like a family.

I’ve moved 10 times in 12 years throughout the US and 222 Hennepin has by far been my favorite place of residence. The location is unbeatable...the amenities are fantastic and the staff is like family. The fact that you can access Whole Foods without going outside should convince you to live in this building after the last winter! I also want to add that they offer FREE group fitness classes to residents..2 vinyasa classes and 1 yoga HIIT class...the instructors are amazing with years of experience. It’s like getting a free Corepower membership. Maintenance comes the same day you put I a work order. They have community events multiple times a month. Living at 222 was the best choice we made when moving from Chicago to Minneapolis!

While the location is unbeatable, frankly my experience with 222 was a rocky road. This is the home for you if you enjoy being blown off and overcharged.
My downtown Minneapolis apartment is simply THE BEST! A five-minute walk to work; located on all the mass transit options; near theaters and sports venues; a block from the Mississippi River; and so lively and fun -- what's not to like?!?!

222 Hennepin is a prime address in Minneapolis, the location in the heart of the North Loop is just the place you want to be, a mere few minutes from downtown, but just far enough that you are not caught in the city bustle. Then the amenities, rooftop pool, fireplace, grill, world class gymnasium, beautiful lounges, a free for all Starbucks coffee machine, and inside the apartment excellent washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Also the apartment features one of the biggest and best Whole Foods Liquor Store in town, just an elevator ride away (Downstairs). I wouldn't leave this place for anything. All you can get for your money, as far as Minneapolis is concerned.

Since being bought out by new mgmt this complex isn't as cozy and brimming with community pride as it used to but for those who don't know what it used to be like here with the previous staff it's really got some great things going for it. Location is amazing - who can beat living on top of Whole Foods? and the view and access to Hennepin Bridge is something I love every single day, bot to mention the amazing architecture across the street and the front-row view of the skyline 24-7. Let's just say it can really spoil you rotten. If you can afford the rates it's one of the best places in downtown (and I've toured most of the new developments).

There truly is no better location that 222 Hennepin. It is within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants, museums, and parks. The rooftop patio offers the best view of the Minneapolis skyline there is. Residents can access the Whole Foods grocery store on the first floor without going outside, which is perfect for those Minnesota winters! The building has a private gym for residents, and offers free yoga classes in it's yoga studio twice a week. Common spaces are well-kept, and management is very friendly and responsive to requests. The windows are high quality, so very little noise from the busy streets of downtown leaks into the apartment. There is next to no noise transfer from apartment to apartment, but noise from the hallway is pretty easily heard from inside the unit. While indoor parking is available for residents, it is can be difficult for guests to find parking nearby. Overall, almost no complaints about this fantastic place to live.
