This building is within walking distance of the Jerome shopping strip which is great for getting all your everyday needs like the supermarket, clothing, hardware, and pharmacies. Different genres of restaurants and delis if your a foodie. Closes to two big parks in either direction for humans and animals alike. Best is its right down the street from the best hospital and its affiliates in the Bronx. And if your a commuter like me your just minutes away from the highways and all buses are right outside ready to take your anywhere every 10 to 15 minutes.
