Excellent communication and response to request. Location fits my needs
Location to downtown Osseo is a real plus including the proximity to Maple Grove. From here, with the network of highways, it's almost 15 minutes to anywhere in the Metro area.
Difficult to move in with only 2 elevators and needing to unlock the door with every trip.
Most of my family already lives here after my recommendation.
The property needs work on curb appeal! Embarrassing to walk down Central Avenue and see all the cigarette butts in the bushes and along the entrance to the building. That is the first thing the public sees. The weeds and landscaping this summer was disappointing, weeds a foot high along the building. The pet stations are usually filled to overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. The garage level elevator entryways should be vacuumed more often. Small fixes but big impact!

Location was great, staff superb, was a hard decision to leave my husband passed away and I wanted to be closer to my children
its a little pricey considering nearby complexes have a 3 bedroom options for $200 less than I was paying for a 2 bed. I love the osseo area and it would be nice had things worked out differently. Management changed a lot in the years we moved there. I believe we went through 3 or 4 property managers in the few years we lived there.
It has been a great apartment to live at so far and very quiet. Just wish there was a hot tub or an amenity similar to enjoy, but overall very nice apartment and love the coffee machine!
The people I met were candidly kind and guided me with the process. Streamlined data. Even the promotion of the renters ins. I have not seen the garage yet.
I would recommend. The safety, underground parking and washer and dryer in apartments.

The location and amount of space is great. The construction of the building was done with low-quality materials. The finishes on the inside are good, but the exterior walls and ceiling assemblies were done poorly.

As soon as we started our tour I didnt feel like I needed to look anywhere else for a future apartment.

I would recommend it if they can afford it. rent is a little high for the area and considering there's no amenities that make 5 Central an ideal community. Location, gym, and garage are the perks of being here.

I would recommend 5 Central to friends because it is a beautiful building and the units have everything you would need to have a home. They have high end touches and if any issues ever arise, they are taken care of immediately or office staff are sure to help come up with a solution. The neighborhood is safe and quaint and close enough to everything you could want.
The old mgmt company couldn't keep a maintenance person or hire a reliable person so even minor problems were a big hassle & timely to get addressed. They had a great guy but they lost him because they couldn't offer him full time...once Joe left they couldn't find anyone reliable. I submitted my work order online and it was fixed that day and my apt was left clean.
The rental price is higher than I'd like before recommending the apartment. In some ways the building could also be a bit more pet friendly.
The apartment is beautiful and provides many amenities. Office staff is friendly and I have had all maintenance requests handled promptly. My one complaint is the below (I believe) neighbors dog barking for sometimes 10+ hours straight, including during quiet hours, since June.
5 Central Apartments is a great, new building in a safe, conveniently located area. The amenities and apartment fixtures by-and-large work well and give a premium feel. The price point and location meet my needs at this time much better than my previous, similar residence. Management is pleasant to work with for work orders, package retrieval, and other discussions. I would like to see more progress on a few issues before giving a stronger rating. For example, recycling containers tend to get filled to capacity days before they get emptied out, even after the rush of new tenants following the Phase II construction completion. Also, after a complaint from a neighbor living below me, I am concerned that even basic activities like walking normally cause too much noise for some residents (hoping my case is an unfortunate exception). I am convinced that living here will get better over time, it's just taking longer than I am used to for everything to fall into place.
This apartment is brand new and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Osseo. This small quaint town is located 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and just minutes from Maple Grove with shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The apartment complex has underground parking included in the rent, which is great for those cold MN winters, there are also single garages available for rent. There are fire pits, stainless steel BBQ grills, business center, and an open courtyard for residents to use for socializing. There's also an on property gym for those exercise enthusiasts. The apartments come with brand new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, walk in size closets, great size rooms and a nice size deck. This is also a very pet friendly complex. On premises there's a dog washing station as well. There's also one nice added touch that they offer residents and their guests and that's free Caribou gourmet coffee drink options and hot chocolate 24/7. The only missing feature that would be great is for the complex to have a swimming pool. In addition I don't believe the cost/ value are aligned. Could cost a little less. Overall good, safe and convenient place to live.
Nice apartment second bedroom was dark no windows had to use a fan to get air moving. Storage was in bedroom with no window so it was small. Dog area for bathroom was small and not pet friendly took too long to get them down there before they had made other stops on the way. Management did not like it. Price too high for Osseo no pool, sauna or other things. Seen too many people moving out before there 12 month lease up. Sorry but not happy.
Kitchen was fantastic. The apartment is too small and not enough room for furniture. We did not understand the why you need to have two full bathrooms in a small area. There is not enough storage space in unit and should not have to pay for extra storage space. Very expensive for very little.
