2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apt in bldg constructed in 2011. The bedrooms are average in size. The livingroom is a nice size to entertain guests. The kitchen has beautiful light brown wood cabinets and a large counter which separates the kitchen and livingroom and can also be used as a table if you put some bar stools with it. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible so it's bigger than the average size. There’s a foyer by the front door which can be used as a dinning area. Laundry room located in the bldg. Community room to host events and a beautiful courtyard with benches and tables to relax outdoors. Superintendent lives on the 1st floor for quick access when needed. Walking distance from 2 supermarkets, a variety of fast food restaurants, other shopping stores, and the #2 train.
