The property is beautiful! I came in for a walk in, and they were very busy. They offered me a self guided tour, but I was very nervous to do so. The front desk employee went to the back and out came the General Manager and she offered to take me on a guided tour. She spoke so highly of the building. She made me feel like I was right at home. I filled out my app, and signed the lease today! I cannot wait to move in!

Massive water leak in the garage, high rent increase, management with an attitude, what else? Oh, homeless hanging out next to the entrance, and dog pee/poop at the front of the building.

I’m six months in and have had a disruptive neighbor above me that sounds like they’re using their apartment as a gym. Dropping weights for an hour 3 times a day. I sent video recordings to the staff and was told to contact security. Nothings changed and I’m regretting signing into this situation. Many of the units are short term rentals so there’s a constant flux of strangers coming and going. Cannot not say I’d recommend Sentral to anyone looking for a supportive staff or place to call home.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and have had minimal to no issues. My AC went out the other day and with two trips from maintenance, they had it up and running by the end of the day. The rooftop is nice to utilize, especially when I have visiting guests. I have an incredible view and my neighbors are quiet. The building is pretty clean with the exception of residents not picking up after themselves within the pool or grill area, but housekeeping gets to it as soon as they are back at work the next day. I utilize the gym almost daily and really enjoy it. Overall great place!

I’ve been here 3 years and the maintenance staff is always available. They don’t make you wait when you send a request and just take care of it. They’re polite and nice. I unfortunately don’t know their names but I think they’re all good.

I moved here 2 years ago and love it. I am about to renew for another year too. The buildings are clean, the staff is friendly. I wish they had a concierge on my side too but it’s not a big deal. I will continue to recommend this building, I already had a friend move in last year!

I have been living here since 2018, there has been some changes but for the best. The maintenance team is amazing, they keep this place looking great . V who is usually doing maintenance at night is awesome and always so friendly and personable. The entire team and front desk team are amazing.

I toured this building today and was impressed. You get 2 of everything for the same price since the one across the street is part of the complex. Concierge was very friendly.

I visited Sentral for a tour and it was nice. I thought the building and amenities were very nice, the views from the rooftop are TO DIE FOR. I am still shopping around but will consider them. The staff at the desk was very friendly too.
