Property Ratings at 747 10th Ave
I would give zero stars if I could. For all the amenities that you pay for, you get nothing. Gas was off since October 2022 (till moving out in July) and this affected the laundry drying machines. One day, I left a couple of shirts to dry on hangers in the laundry room, and came back to it in a trash bag with management. Utter ignorance of the problems residents have and just a lack of human decency from management. Water is shut off regularly and of the three elevators, there is one in constant repair. To top it all off, we had mice and roaches in a "luxury" apartment on a high floor. Tread with caution, management is truly evil.
PROS: Electric/Trash/Water/Gas is included as part of your rent, Laundry onsite. CONS: Individual that runs building, Flora, consistently ignores any questions or grievences you have. Forget about getting anything corrected. She will just ignore you until you go away. Water turned off weekly. Dark rust water monthly. Not able to shower or drink. -Elevators - One or two (of the three) are consistently down. Front Desk Staff - Leg in a cast.. they will watch you 'try' to open the door. Totally useless.
