Great apartment, bad experience

My apartment was burglarized twice when I lived there several years in the 90. In both cases, the thief entered through the fire escape. And both times I was away for the weekend. I know this was ages ago, but I believe it was an inside job and that the same management team is there. FYI, I also had to pay $1,000 to both the super and another tenant illegally acting as a realtor.
