Property Ratings at 825 Dahlia
There are so many reasons not to live here but to list a few: - every unit has major issues that staff is unwilling to fix - our unit was extremely dirty when we moved in - office staff are extremely unprofessional and unwilling to assist with anything in a timely manner - maintenance requests (and unfortunately there are a lot of them) take weeks to get done...if they get done at all - pool is closed most of the summer for repairs - gym is old and treadmills would rarely turn on - shower was old and grew mold within a week of us moving in I could keep going but I would definitely recommend looking for a different place to live. Rent is cheap for a reason.
