I enjoyed my time living here as everything was well kept and clean. The landscaping outside was always clean the actual unit itself was spacious and clean. I lived in the one bedroom and it was nice. The walk in closet was awesome! Everything was in great working condition. Yvette over at the leasing office was so nice and attentive and I appreciate her helping me through the process. It’s a nice calm area, I would walk my dog at after 10pm and didn’t have any issues nor afraid of my safety at any point. There’s ample visitors parking near your unit. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, I liked my stay/time here at Walnut Ridge.
loud neighbors, marijuana smoke smell, car break ins, car ports and mailbox dirty/mosquitoes, old wood, "gate" always breaking, expect move out fees $150 for "cleaning" and $150 for repaint
Living here for 3yrs. and it takes forever to have their maintenance get fixed on something. Our A/C is old and have a lot of mold so we ask them to please change it since we have a baby they sent the maintenance people and instead of replacing it they just clean it and said they will order a new unit its been two months still nothing. I would say poor communication between maintenance personnel and the management.
I was NOT impressed for The price. Outside was dirty trash out in the grass area, rotting wood along some the apartments. Weeds overgrown! When inside a two bedroom they had a full sliding closet in the dining room? No handicap parking near the two bedroom. The person in the office was not very helpful. This complex needs tone remodeled,0psintex and new floors.
