We lived at the Villas on Main for a little over two years, and really enjoyed our stay. We had absolutely no issues with management or maintenance crew from the time we moved in, and that's an extremely rare occurrence when dealing with apartment complexes. We had a pretty big issue come up in which management didn't have to help us with, but they did everything they could to work with us, They communicated with us (again rare for most complexes,) and eventually they were able to make things right. I love the area it is in. They are beautiful, and I highly recommend living here
There are hidden fees all over the place! This place is expensive for how cheaply made everything is. I had something break the first two weeks of moving in, it’s been 5 months and I haven’t heard back at all! We cannot wait to move out of here. For your own good, don’t fall for moving into this seemingly nice place, you’ll get buried in hidden fees.

Why isn't zero stars an option!?! The Villas is the worst complex I have ever dealt with and lived in. They will nickel and dime you, tell you the things you paid in the beginning are no longer what you thought when signing, are two months behind on utilities, can't keep managers at their complexes, allow months to go by without getting maintenance taken care of, charge you for hidden things when you move out, accuse you of stealing things when you leave, the apartments were cheaply made and corners were cut so you pay a lot for low quality, and overall it's just a negative experience. I lived in the Villas on Main for three years. It was in my final lease term that Villas changed and Alliance is the cause of me moving. I know this won't change much of my situation, but hopefully it can help some not get stuck in the same.

The place is dirty, infested with roaches, fleas, and bed bugs. On top of that, the place is extremely noisy from barking dogs to loud neighbors. When you move out, expect to be hit with a huge bill for "damages" from their poorly constructed apartments. The damages they charge you for are due to shoddy building materials not actual damage. They will continue to bill you for utilties (water, sewer, garbage, misc. fees, etc.) months after you move out.

Overall they're really nice apartments. Granite countertops are really nice, and the it's pretty roomy. Now for the down side. Prices are at the top of the range, and they try to disguise it with hidden fees. Don't ever hope to get any issues resolved either. The office is only open Monday through Friday 9 to 5. You'll be lucky to find them in the office during those times; or even answer the phone when they are there. They seem to take a long lunch constantly. Parking is a nightmare if you are anywhere on the north east end of the complex. Don't pay too much attention to details. When they do repairs or repaint things they are pretty messy. There is overspray from paint on the toilet, mirror, windows and even in the shower. When rent is more than a thousand dollars, and that's not even including utilities; I am definitely not going to renew my lease in this 2 bedroom apartment.
