Property Ratings at Link
The staff here is absolutely incredible. Apartments are very worth the price and the location is great. Close to California Ave but far enough away to not be bothered by any parades or events. Right by a bus stop, only a 20 min ride to T Mobile Park and a 10 min ride to Alki. Sirens from the nearby fire station get noisy sometimes but eventually you get used to it.

I have been a tenant at The Link Apartments for almost 9 years now. This is the longest that I’ve stayed at one particular rental, which is a testament to the quality of the place. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. In particular I’d like to shout out for the maintenance staff. The speed and quality of the service is without doubt the best I’ve ever seen in Seattle (where I’ve rented at various buildings for over 25 years). Every issue I’ve had has been resolved within just a couple hours of submitting a request. Excellent work! I’m most grateful.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I, too, am amazed at the tremendous job that our maintenance team does in taking care of buildings. It is only possible with their care and dedication to a job well done. They'll be tickled to hear that their hard work has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for choosing to call Link home; it's our pleasure to be able to take care of you. Warmly, Nicole Kellogg Your Link and Mural Team linkandmural@greystar.com
Absolutely horrible place to live. There is no such thing as community in this place, and the management and working staff is absolutely so rude and will never do their job!!!

After moving from a quiet neighborhood to the heart of West Seattle’s Link community, I could not be more pleased. The staff, our home, the amenities, and the walkability are a tremendous contribution to our new beginning.

Hi Link Resident, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us here at Link and Mural. it means the world to us that our team has been able to make you feel at home. We're looking forward to having you call us home for years to come. Cheers, Nicole Kellogg Your Link and Mural Team linkandmural@greystar.com
This apartment complex started out nice, and then it got horrible management. This new management has ruined this place. They are so rude, they do not care about the ongoing issues in the building, like security concerns, break-ins, loitering, trash in the garage elevators stairwell and lobby. They only care about trying to shove more people into the building and lie about the leases, lie about the security, lie about everything. My car was broken into and they wouldn't provide the camera footage to me or the police. They are in the middle of fighting BBB's constantly and will not improve. I will be contacting Greystar immediately to speak with them about the awful experiences that multiple residents have been having. IF YOU CARE ABOUT PEACE OF MIND AND A NICE PLACE TO LIVE YOU WILL STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Great, quiet complex with respectful neighbors and a walkable location near a busy part of West Seattle without dealing with the crowds.

Great rooftop views, young people with lots of dogs, everything you need within 2 blocks or walking distance, 1 parking spot in a covered and secured garage, and a very friendly maintenance staff.
Link is easily one of the best places to live in all of Seattle and the entire management team/maintenance team is full of the best! Love living here so much! Used to live in pioneer square and now living here makes me feel like I'm home and safe. All the amenities too, can't beat this property! ??

Apartment is in a nice location with lots nearby. Apartment maintenance, Purcell and Brian, were also very quick and helpful in taking care of any issues.

My experience at This apartment building has been very nice. In fact it has been one the best experiences of any apartments that I lived at in different states and cities. The staff here are very courteous and professional and go out of their way to resolve any issues and concerns that a resident may have. And the maintenance men here are very quick and efficient to repair or place any problems that affects your living conditions in your apartment and the building. Plus they are very nice and down to Earth. And I feel fortunate to have found this apartment building.

Nice apartments near Alaska Junction in West Seattle. Management is friendly, attentive and eager to address any issues encountered. The rooftop seating area and lounge are a couple nice benefits to living here.

Link made my move in experience really smooth and easy going. They ran me down on all the awesome amenities they offer and procedure during these COVID times and were really thorough. Honestly couldnt of asked for a smoother move in, in my opinion.

Great place to live
Great location for stores and buses
Too much noise, the lumbar yard wakes me up almost everyday at 6.7am. Im in the 4th floor and neighbors seem to enjoy keeping me awake day and night, management said they cant control what people do in there units and its also overpriced. Do you research before you move in also if your late 1 day be prepare to pay a $158 fee and get an eviction notice to pay or be out in 14 days, oh did I mention parking is also $150! Elevators are always down (not working) and if you rent the community room theres Also a fee.
Once I saw the Link Apartments on a tour I was sold that this would be my next home. The location is great and I really enjoy the unit I live in. Vinny did a great job providing my options within my budget and giving both my family and I tour . Briana was incredibly responsive and helpful during the lease signing process and move in. Any questions or clarities I needed, Briana answered within that day.
Great and convenient option
There is no better place to live than Link, where you are steps away from coffee shops, fitness studios and Trader Joes.
Link is a great place to call home. Located in an ideal area that keeps getting better. Love the staff and all the amenities this place has to offer.
The staff is great! They make a point to help us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The Link, overall, is a great building. It has a beautiful rooftop that includes barbecues, a fire pit, and a few p-patches for those with a bit of a green thumb. The resident lounge on the 6th floor is great for private parties, offering a big screen TV, a pool table, and use of a kitchen. Living at the Link also means access to the building's gym, which has a great variety of cardio and weight equipment. Besides being a great place to live, it is also in walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops in the heart of the Alaska Junction.
We have lived here for 4 years and we love it. Amazing location next to the West Seattle Alaska Junction. Modern appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. A huge rooftop deck with community bbq's and great views of the Seattle skyline. Only complaint is every unit gets super hot during the sunny summer days. Great price for a booming area.
For the budding neighborhood of West Seattle, choosing an apartment was a lot of research. We have lived in various apartments in this one building for almost three years and the management had slowly gotten worse. Every week we go down to the lobby and see two new people working the desk: temporary, fired, or otherwise. The cleanliness of the building had also lost its consistency. On the upside, the rent is not murderous, you are three blocks from three grocery stores, you can walk to bowling alleys and bars, the traffic is never as bad as living north of the city or in the city, and it's more residential so more parking and much quieter at night. If the good outweighs the bad for you, we continue to renew our lease after two apartments so it's not a bad place to live. Just make you shop around to get an apartment for a decent price.
I've been at Link for 9 months now, and overall have had a really good experience. The apartments and amenities are nice (there's a gym, lovely rooftop deck with grills and p-patch areas you can rent out) and quiet. It's a newer building, so it's certified green, which means lower energy bills (I live alone, and pay an average of $13-17/month). Living on the front side of the building takes some getting used to, as you'll either be near one of the two busiest streets in W. Seattle and/or close to the area out front where people go to smoke. There has been quite a lot of turnover in the office, which hasn't always been great, but they'll be responsive if you go in person. Maintenance has been quick with the couple requests I've had. This is an extremely pet-friendly building, so if you don't like seeing at least a few dogs per day, this may not be the place for you. There is the occasional issue of pets having accidents in stairwells, or owners not picking up outside, but that's typical with a building this size. Other than the traffic noise, the location is perfect. The C-line from downtown drops off right out front, and picks up across the street. There's multiple markets w/in walking distance, as well as all the restaurants and shops up on California Ave only about a quarter mile away. Price is comparable for the area (which isn't cheap, unfortunately), and overall a good place to call home.
