The City Beautiful earns its nickname, from its gorgeous lakes and bright, sunny skies to its pristine streets and beautiful architecture. Lake Eola Park, with its swan-shaped paddle boats and majestic fountain, provides an oasis in the city that's ideal for weekend picnics and afternoon lunch breaks. Located in the heart of Florida, the beaches of either coast (Gulf and Atlantic) are accessible in roughly an hour’s drive from Orlando.
While it is known for being the home of prominent theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, Orlando is also the county seat and home to one of the largest universities in the United States, the University of Central Florida. The city contains the Orange County Convention Center, the second-largest convention center in the country, in addition to the busy Orlando International Airport.

Property Ratings at Adele Place
I was searching for an apartment close to my school and Alexia helped me get settled into these which was perfect. She knew everything there was to know about the apartment complex and area. She was great at giving out information and showed me around. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. Alexia was very sweet, generous and informative. I’m glad she was there to help me and I’m glad I chose living here. If you ever need help, she is the way to go!

Absolutely love this community! When touring the community, I felt right at home. Everyone around including the staff was just absolutely amazing. Esmeralda, Omayra, and Sarah are all so helpful with anything you need! The amenities are 100% a bonus here with all they have to offer! I mean a CrossFit gym and yoga studio, where else is that offered! All in All, if you are apartment searching, you definitely want to stop by Adele Place! You won’t regret it!

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience; we appreciate your feedback! Thank you again for letting our team know how we did! We look forward to helping again in the future. Take care!
Lived here for over 2 years, and have loved it. My 1 bedroom is super cute and plenty of room for me, with a huge walk in closet. My cat loves the patio, which is screened in. Close to my job which is downtown, and also close to winter park. Love the ladies in office and Maintenance is great. Overall great community!

Do not be fooled by the nice pool area. That is the only place this community has to offer. The apartments are not luxurious. It does not meet the luxury status. Outdated appliances, cheap finishes, poor flooring, and cheap wall and ceiling work. Please be advised before signing the lease to take a walk-through of your actual unit. I was fooled by the model apartment they showed. On my move-in date, there was heavy dust build-up on the washer units and in the HVAC closet. There were dents in the walls. Rusty sinks. The dishwasher had to be replaced twice. The dryer left the clothes damp. Washingmachine barely wash clothes. BUYER BEWARE!!! The only reason I give it a 2 is that the pool area is decent.
THIS IS THE WORSE RENTAL FACILITY IN ORANGE COUNTY! Just because they have their own dog park doesn’t mean it’s maintained, I never saw it treated, and my dog would come home with flees. The first day we moved in, we noticed our wash and dryer was broken, we called to have it replaced and maintenance was telling us we had to pay for a new one but we ended up not paying. Two weeks later Covid-19 began, and we tried maintaining regular payments while being unemployed and trying to seek unemployment. Once the month of July hit we realized terminating our lease was the best option. We had to move in to my parents house and thankfully was given an opportunity to work to pay them off, them knowing we had a busy schedule , because they over charge, are charging well over the agreed amount. After being done with payments, we received a notice in the mail saying we owed them $2887.30 in 15 days or else it is sent to collections. Once I was in contact with their agents I never got a clear answer on what exactly what I owed compared to their invoices, we had investigations on both parties, our conclusion, they charged us for an extra 2 months that we weren’t living there after I was clear with the agents that we had to leave counties to be able to pay them off. Even with the orange cares act they failed to comply with. Once I got on the phone with Nicole, the manager of Adele Place, she was very rude the entire time and continued to basically yell over my voice when I was trying to ask her questions. I will never recommend this apartment complex. I hope to never hear from them again.
At first, there were quite a few things wrong with the place but after contacting the management for support and help it seemed to be that everything was fixed and taken care of it is a great place to live although I am leaving soon to move on with my life I definitely recommend living here they really help out with anything you need. Great place!
I been living here for couples months and in this months i lost 5 packages in my front door In everytime I Go to the office and see whats going on they told they cant due nothing This is not the place u looking for living The rent price is ridiculous so much $$ for no space
first lets start off with the fact that half the amenities listed above do not exist...package service, curbside trash pick up, car wash area, raquetball court, smoke free, fireplace, sink disposal, views, and walk in closets....lived here for 2 years and know for a fact that these things are not offered. oh yeah, not to mention you only get a private balcony if you are in a 2 bedroom....and dont forget you may not store your bike or anything else there next, the crossfit gym and basketball court both do not have any type of fan or air conditioning and are over 100 degrees most of the year. next we have the rude office staff that think they are better than everyone else. then we've got the construction thats been going on behind the complex for over a year also the cheap finishings that constantly break my favorite, the dog park that is closed for "repair" more than half the time ive lived here and still has 2 holes 2feet by 3 feet wide right in the middle want to go for a swim? good luck with all the bugs and dirt in the pool, not to mention there was an actual poop on the ledge one day have fun walking your trash to the back of the complex where the walkway is full of trash juice and trash bags and stray cats and racoons with less than 1000 square feet in a 2 bedroom, you can definitely find something better elsewhere
Rented here for about two months short of a year because I had enough and I couldn't take it any more. The maintenance guys whipping around in golf carts, the unfriendly and childish staff, and the neighborhood that made me want to carry a gun at all times for protection. And that's all before stepping inside the apartment. The apartment was thrown together with cheap building materials that photograph well for pictures to sell the place but don't be fooled. The one bedroom apartment I rented was a joke, everything was like I said cheap and about to break, the small washer and dryer could only handle a single t-shirt at a time all the while it sounded like it was handling a king size comforter. The windows were cheap and hard to open. The surrounding amnesties were closed within a month of my move in due to a "remodel" that they dragged their feet on (to this day) and left the complex a construction site. My water was shutoff for hours on end with only an hour or two notice via text message. The entire time I spent there I felt as if I had lost a bet to stay here. When I finally had to break the lease and leave the staff still pursued us for every Nickel and dime they could squeeze out of us and at the end of the day I apparently owed money after they kept my security deposit being that they had to "steam clean" the apartments vinyl floors. In short, this is a horrible place at way you dice it. Your money would be much better spent at much better places nearby such as Baldwin park or literally anywhere else.
just moved in to my one bedroom yesterday and I am very happy with my decision! The office staff is absolutely fantastic! Very professional and outgoing. They quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns about the area as I am new to the neighborhood. The apartment itself is flawless and very well lit with natural light and a beautiful view of a grassy area. The property's landscaping is very impressive. I would recommend this property to anyone!
A must see community with amazing amenities! Its definitely a tropical paradise.
Improvement over former owners. The staff is efficient and friendly.
We found this apartment on apartments.com and couldn't be happier with the location. The new upgrades in the apartment are great, you can tell they are really fixing this place up.
For starters, the neighbors.. downstairs an incident occurred where supposedly a man slammed this woman's (his roommate) head into the wall over an argument they had. I am unsure of the entire story but for about 2 weeks, sherifs were paying their apartment a visit. This incident makes me feel very unsafe, considering the man still lives there and who knows where the woman went. One day she had left the place on foot when the police could not offer her a ride to wherever she was headed. There are also people coming in at all hours of the night, some people blasting their music in their cars or leaving their car lights on and just sitting in their car, disturbing mine and my roommates sleep every night. People seem to have little consideration in this little area. Next, every other week their are problems with the water shutting off unexpectedly, as well as roaches are always being spotted, sometimes dead sometimes alive. It's disgusting. Pest control does not always seem to take care of this problem. Lastly, the renovations are taking forever to finish. The blinds are always falling and breaking inside. The screen door keeps coming off of alignment and all they do is put it back on, but the next day I try to open it, it falls off and then maintenance saves that as a last priority. Same goes for the closets, they are always falling off of their tracks. It seems like everything is so old and outdated and is always breaking. The only thing positive I can say about this apartment is the management, they are pretty nice and are very willing to help, but everything else is completely unsatisfying.
Community is under new management and the current management is great. Apartments have been updated and the entire complex is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone.
This is my first apartment. They are doing renovations on the buildings everyday. They really look great. All the workers in the office are nice . The area is quiet & all the neighbors are nice. It's also close to many stores.
I moved into a 1 bed/1bath in July. It's nice, has recently been remodeled, and in a quiet area. I had a couple issues the first few weeks (AC not working, leak in the roof), but the repair guys came out right away and took care of everything in a timely manner. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained.
It's a decent place to live. Neighbors are fairly quiet, the grounds are usually clean, and the staff is polite. There aren't a lot of community gatherings, sometimes people forget to clean out the dog waste trash cans, and they could schedule trash pick up a little more often because the dumpsters fill up pretty quickly. Other than those small things, it's a fair place to live.
My boyfriend, son and I moved a few months ago from a very bad neighborhood into Adele Place Apartments. The staff was incredible and worked with use every step of the way! We are so happy to be raising our son here and feel safe to play ourside. Rose, the leasing manager, is so helpful and patient. I highly recommend living here or any of their sister properties. I would give Adele Place 5 stars if it wasn't for the slow response time the maintenance people have and some flooding issues in certain parts of the complex.
While the apartment is pretty and has been upgraded we have had problem after problem in the 3 months since we moved in. The brand new refrigerator broke down, the washing machine broke down three times and finally was replaced and to top it off our bedroom looked like a scene from The Fly. Bugs swarmed the ceiling, walls and bed. unfortunately none of them looked like Jeff Goldbloom. ;)It has taken them two ad a half weeks to finally get rid of them.
