The new manager has been cleaning up the property and the new maintenance guy is great I do wish that GreyStar would pay to have two maintenance members here on the property would be even better. But over all they do a good job.

Allison is a great place to live, Alexa In the office is amazing and is always here to help her residents, its a small quiet community, the dumpsters need a little loving and attention but other than that its a peaceful place to live.

This would be a wonderful place to live if it werent for the amount of violence that exists. Many people dont have dogs on leashes and the same residents require the police to be called out on a regular basis to which nothing happens. If you have kids and or animals I do not recommend living here.

Allison Pointe is truly a amazing place to be the location is ideal. The 2bed 2bath is spacious and the patios are nice along with a big storage closet. The manager Renee is awesome she’ll hold on to any packages you got coming in. The apartments are clean, waking up here was always nice.

Dont move here because of the office staff
Rennee .. the only person you will ever talk to IF SHE IS EVEN THERE is the rudest person you will ever talk to and her alone is enough reason to not move in to deal with her crap. If your package you had shipped is left inside the office don't expect to get it for a long time as Renne is NEVER in the office especially after 12pm.

The manager, I believe her name is Renee is a very rude women. When I called to inquire about the property every answer she gave me was with an attitude. She answered my questions like I was suppose to already know the answers. Very unprofessional and I'd rather not live there if shes who I would have to deal with on a regular basis.

Manager at Allison Pointe
The manager there, her name is Renee, is one of the rudest people I have ever had to talk to. Maybe she's had a bad few days but every time I called to inquire about a rental unfortunately I always got her. Her attitude towards me was that I should be so lucky that she even answered the phone. She rattled off so many rules and when I asked her to repeat a couple of them she signed into the phone. She alone is the reason we looked for another apartment where we weren't in fear of her retaliating against us for something that might upset her in the future.
