New owner/manager
Park management has changed for the better since 2020. David is very easy to communicate with and has a wonderful family on his team working to keep renovating and beautifying Aloha Mobile Home Park on this quiet street. Ali gators in the creek are a plus!!!

FILTHY DIRTY PARK
They managers are degrating to tenaants.They violently drive loud machines that destroy any peAce and quiet. They Drive around at night staring at your Mobil homes. With cameras trying to catch the RESIDENCE doing something wrong so they can evict them and RESELL their homes
