Property Ratings at Antelope Ridge
We had a coordination issue with the maintenance staff and the front office that took a month to resolve. I am updating my review, because once the front office staff actually took action it was resolved quickly. I’ll keep updating my review if the service continues to improve. For the price range of the apartments, they’ve treated us pretty well. I feel safe walking around the complex at night. As a shift worker, that is very important for me. Besides the recent incident with the staff, my only major complaint was that in the first few months of moving in, we had a neighbor who would smoke right in front of our non-smoking apartment. I’m allergic to cigarettes to the point where they make me really sick. The staff addressed that issue after a few months and there hasn’t been an issue since. Parking inside the complex is safe, however some cars outside the complex have had their windshields knocked in during our three years at this complex. So if you invite guests over please keep that in mind when directing them where to park. Luckily, that hasn’t happened to any of our friends. Those issues aside, it’s been a relatively pleasant stay at this apartment.

Everything looks new. Really quite it, compared to where I used to lived. My son love it. Everyone's very respectful to each other.

Ive lived here almost a year now, and have never had any problems. If an appliance ever needs maintenance, staff is on it as soon as possible. Office staff is always warm and welcoming. Yards are always kept nice and the community is great.

We were residents for just about 2 years. The apartment itself was nice; what makes it awful is everything else. 1. Lack of security - enjoy the views of homeless people, drug users, and hookers in the complex. Shady people parking their cars next to yours, throwing trash everywhere, doing drug deals. I had a teenager and was fearful of them leaving our home without us. 2. If you have a view of the lovely field/park of Palmerson and think you are getting the best deal, think twice. Hit and runs outside, Semi trucks and their trailers parked and running all hours of the night, people throwing trash everywhere which blows into the complex and never gets picked up unless you complain, and again, shady people parking right in front of your patio. 3. Horrible management. This statement does not apply to all of the staff, the good ones know who they are. But if you have a loud neighbor who exceeds the occupancy limit, and has more pets than allowed, be prepared to suffer and deal with it. After 2 years, we decided it was much too long to suffer and deal with it. 4. If you are owed a deposit, don't expect it to come back to you without a fight. Today is the last day per California law that our deposit was to be returned to us. Not a check in sight, nor a phone call or email even apologizing for the delay and why. We are owed over $2200. We paid our rent ON TIME EVERY MONTH. We reported people trashing the complex and served very much as a neighborhood watch. We never disturbed anyone. Yet, here we are, getting screwed one last time. 5. Bugs? We had cockroaches when we first moved in, but didn't see them inside again afterwards. But if you walk outside, especially at night, be prepared to see them scatter all over in front of you. Especially by the disgusting, overflowing trash that EVERYONE WHO DOESN'T LIVE THERE uses... and we are charged extra. MAYBE if they kept the gates shut, and had 24/7 security and attentive grounds people, the situation may be different. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

I have been a resident of Antelope Ridge Apartments for 16 years. I think it is a great place to live because the office staff, maintenance and grounds team are the best in the business! The Community Director Danielle, Assistant Community Director Alyssa and the Leasing Agent Nicole are excellent! They always greet you with a smile and can handle any issues or questions you have. The office is open 7 days a week so you never have to wait to get things done in your apartment. They always have activities going for the residents like; donuts and coffee for the ride to work, Easter egg hunts, arts and crafts and National Night out festivities to name a few! The maintenance and grounds crew are great! Edison, Cherrie, Gabe and Chyante are always quick to handle any maintenance you may need. There is nothing they can’t handle. There is always someone on call 24 hours for emergencies. Hands down Antelope Ridge Apartments are the best apartment complex in Northern California because of their excellent staff and facilities. If you’re looking for a great place to live stop by and tell them Dwayne sent you!

I have been a resident here for 3 years. Overall my experience with my apartment has been good. My biggest pain point is that both my cars have been broken into 4 times since living here. One being last night. There are no real resolutions. I lock my car put anything in the trunk or house. Last night all the basketball jerseys for the highschool were stolen. (Where my partner works). I have had my gate opener and parking passes stolen, kids backpack and books etc.... but I’m told I have to pay for the replacement of the gate opener etc. I shouldn’t be punished for the actions of the thief. We live in a gated complex and supposedly have security, but constantly cars are being broken into. Makes no sense to me. Clearly the “security” is a waist of payroll! When looking to rent here just know your car has a high probability of being broken into.

Needs work.Cheap carpet. The maintenance is good and as fast as she can be about repairs, but the appliances need to be replaced.
I've been at my apt complex for a yr now I love the front office staff and the complex is always clean. Every time I put a work order in they come the same day and fix the issues . I feel safe leaving my windows open and night. I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great apt complex and perfect location close to shopping centers and freeway to move here.
Its very rare to find an apartment that you absolutely look forward to seeing every single day. Always happy to come home to my beautiful apartment. It's well laid out, great view, great amenities, love the staff.
I moved to this apartment after I retired from the Salvation Army Silvercrest residence in Santa Rosa . My son lived here many years ago and I liked the apartment and the good location, it is near my family. It was a big change but the staff made it easier for me to adjust. Whenever I have had any concerns the maintenance people have responded in a fast time. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always clean up after themselves. I would recommend these apartments to everyone! I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and I'm now 80 years old , yikes that's hard to say!! I feel safe and secure here. I'm grateful to a staff that is concerned about making this a great place to live!
I moved to Antelope Ridge about 5 months ago to be closer to work. I met with Alysha and she was incredibly helpful with telling me all about the complex. My number one priority was that the place I ended up living was quiet. I am a working professional who has to be up early in the morning and nothing is more annoying than a noisy complex that can prevent you from getting a goods night sleep. This place was perfect! The neighbors are friendly and respectful, I have yet to hear excessive noise at all. I also have a unit facing the park across the street, and watching the sun rise is something I will never get tired of doing :) The amenities were also better than I could have hoped for. There is a washer/dryer in each unit and maintenance has the quickest response time of any place I have ever lived. If you work in Roseville, but don't want to pay Roseville prices, you should definitely consider Antelope Ridge.
Antelope Ridge is a well maintained, peaceful and culturally diverse apartment complex. I love that you are surrounded by well groomed trees and manicured lawns. It is located in the heart of Antelope. There are parks, schools, grocery stores, hair salons and restaurants all within walking distance. There is even a waterpark close by... With two pools, two spas and a gym Antelope Ridge makes staying in shape as easy as one, two, three. And the staff makes you feel like family. :)
Quite staff is helpful easy parking beautiful area close to shopping centers great place to raise a kid.
Really nice apartments always clean and they always get stuff done
After going through a divorce, I had to find a new place for my son and I to move to. I was looking for a safe, clean, gated community that offered a fair price and all the upgraded amenities. From meeting with the apartment manager, to filling out the application, to actually moving in... It was the smoothest and easiest process that I have ever experienced. I love that Antelope Ridge is centrally located to just about everything, schools, parks and stores. I have referred several friends and a few have moved in because of what this apartment has to offer. If you are looking for a great apartment community to call home, I recommend Antelope Ridge.
I have been living at the property for over six years. The office staff is very attentive, and the maintenance staff takes care of requests quickly. It's a quiet place, and easy to enjoy. Very comfortable there!
I recently moved back to California from Texas. My Son and Daughter-in-law lived here when they first moved to Antelope 15 years ago. They were very happy here so my Son recommended I give it a try and I am so glad I did. The area is located close to shopping and has easy access to the freeways. The apartments are spacious and clean. They have the best office staff and maintenance in the world. I have never waited for more than an hour to have something fixed. The grounds are kept clean and the pool areas are really nice. The apartments and everything that comes with it makes it the greatest place to live.
Exceeds expectations, unpredictably fun with games, movies, free breakfasts and more! This place is classy, comfortable and so good looking, it'll make your friends jealous!
