I have to drive at least 15 mins to get anything everyday. Management is really bad. Unprofessional and rude . I don’t recommend this place. Save a lot of trouble and apply somewhere else.

Management and communications in this apartment community is well bellow standards .

One of the worst apartment communities hands down , they are rude when they responding ( If they are actually there which is not a lot of time ) . Do yourself a favor and stay away .

The management is disrespectful , they never ever respond and close whenever they feel like . .

I find it interesting that some people have posted that the management is rude, as I have never had that problem, as they have always gone out of their way to help me. As for maintenance requests, they have been done in a timely manner, and most of the time the day I have reported the problem. Ruth, as has been mentioned in a previous review is a sweet and considerate employee, and has assisted me many times with a smile on her face. All of the office employees, along with maintenance are super. It is amazing though, how many of the tenants are rude to them and expect to not have to follow the rules, so I can imagine if one is reprimanded for not following a rule, that they might want to exact revenge by giving a negative review. I really enjoy living here and appreciate the opportunity to do so. Also, when I call the phone is always answered, and if they are busy, my calls are returned, as well as my emails answered in a timely manner, if I choose to email.

They have the most unprofessional management team ever , they are unprofessional and disrespectful .

Management is rude , horrible and unhelpful . I had the worst experience in Southern California living here and will not recommend it to anyone .

This place is a nightmare on a Friday 13th. The place is okay, but the management is traumatizing, rude, disrespectful and very intrusive.

This apartment complex's interest list is completely fake and non-responding . They don't answer their phone and are often closed . I would not trust them with my information .

The noise and safety here is a real issue , I wish I knew that before . I would not recommend moving here under any circumstances .

Please be aware when you are moving out, they will charge a lot of money for the floor. Make sure you take a lot of pictures and noted in the move-in inspection log. don't even try going to customer care to solve the issue, they will not help you as well. Very bad service. Will not move to this community again.

This is easily one of the worst communities I've ever stayed in. The management couldn't care less about the well beings of their tenants/residents. It would be a huge mistake to rent here If you are either - a light sleeper - someone who wakes up late in the morning - someone who works from home regularly

They do not honor maintenance request and their staff is rude . They are never there they NEVER answer the phone , It s like a ghost running this complex.

They are non-responsive and very rude especially assistant manager Ruth , their phone does not work and overall is becoming a very unsafe community . I told them about the heavy drug use on the premises and they completely ignored me.

We had a horrible experience , this place is not safe . We have been robbed twice and there is a real security issue . We told the office and they don't care and are one of the most rude people you can ever meet .

Staff is very rude and their phone line seems to be non-working . It is a strange and weird place .

The quality of management in this community is really low . They never ever pick up the phone , their interest list is a complete joke (you will never receive a response), their representative Ruth is unbelievably rude and condescending . Avoid Anton Portola at all costs .

This community is brand new with a great management team to get things started. We got our application processed fairly fast. Looking forward to move in soon. It's located in north of Irvine blvd area. all aprtments around are brand new/good looking. Keep up the good work Anton!
