Property Ratings at Aquia Terrace
4 out of 5 stars because this community is safe and peaceful. There is ample accessible parking. The front office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. There is room for improvement. The workout area is very basic and it would add much value if that was upgraded. The kitchen appliances are also outdated but functional. They did replace my washer and dryer and that was greatly appreciated and well managed. The stairs and siding really need to be power washed. There is dirt, dead bugs and dried up fluids on both which is unpleasant to walk through as I'm entering my home. The maintenance men have to be specifically asked to wear shoe covers or they will walk into a carpeted unit with dirty/wet shoes on. But they are always willing to cover their shoes when asked and are generally pleasant and helpful. Overall, a nice place for a decent price. Not luxury but still home.
The staff were very helpful and the process was a breeze! I’m happy with my decision to move here. The community seems nice and quiet and is near a store which is everything I need.

Would be a 5 but out of date appliances and dilapidated cabinets/counters and the front doors look like someone has attacked them on most units

Overall, the experience has been fairly positive, although there are some issues that need attention. For instance, the pet area lacks lighting, making it very dark at night. Additionally, people from nearby neighborhoods are disposing of their trash in the apartment complex's bins, one of the reasons its full so fast. There are also instances of individuals walking their dogs without leashes and large trucks or SUVs parked in a way that blocks the sidewalk. Furthermore, it has become challenging to carry groceries to the apartment since the parking lines were last painted, as there is limited available space near the stairs and the trucks or SUV. We'd appreciate a little bit of consideration when they park to give people space to walk.

I would like to express my positive experience at Aquia Terrance Apartment. So far, living here has been enjoyable. The maintenance team is commendable, acting quickly to resolve any issues that arise, which greatly contributes to a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, making it a wonderful place to call home. However, I recommend that the management consider providing residents with more notice for maintenance days. A notification period longer than 48 hours would be beneficial, as not everyone can easily adjust their work schedules to accommodate these visits, especially those with pets. Nice location, close to 95. Walkable shopping center. Breezeways need power washed more frequently, though. Very dirty. And AC does not reach masters room hardly at all.

Pool is very clean and comfortable. I always enjoy it with my family. A nice GYM accessible 24/7! Very friendly where you really feel home. Exciting cooperative and friendly staff. I call it homme and rate it as 5 stars!

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Our wish is that the gym may have a bit more equipment and that the swimming pool may be supervised by a lifeguard. The majority of the neighbors are courteous and kind. The maintenance personnel are very efficient and respectful.

Location is good. Lived here for several years. The dumpsters overflowing issue has gotten better. The masters bedroom doesn’t get heat/AC and they say that’s “how the building is”. I’ve also had multiple leaks into my apartment from upstairs, but emergency maintenance is quick to fix them. There is a maintenance man that doesn’t seem to care about actually fixing stuff, though. Needed to make multiple maintenance requests to fix something he already “fixed”, but made worse.

Love this communities vibe! Very quiet neighborhood, convenient amenities and close to shopping areas. Glad I found this hidden gem for me and my children. Parks are close by and pool is perfect size. Can’t wait to see what else the property provides as we get settled in!

It's nice mostly quiet. Rental office is always having something for you to come by and pick up a little something like pizza party, movie night, candy, etc.

Quite and chill neighborhood. The sidewalks and streets need to be repaired; but other than that everyone stays to themselves and when there is an event everyone comes together.

Everything and one is lovely. The ladies in the front office are very kind, patient and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. The apartment themselves are open and spacious. I love the floor plan.

So far I’m loving the community but the only reason why I gave it 3 stars because once we moved in the guest bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly and somebody upstairs from us flooded our master bathroom.

Apartment wasn't gone through very thoroughly before we moved in. Master bedroom shower rod was broken off of the wall, and the showers had no hot water. The apartments are small, most notably in the kitchen. Very lacking in storage. That being said, the staff, including maintenance personnel, are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. The apartments are very cozy and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Overall a very great find given the price in this area. I would definitely recommend these apartements!

Staff is very nice and professional. Very responsive to any maintenance needs. Keep the grounds tidy. I love the pool area, the brown and aqua blue look very elegant.

The dumpsters need to be taken more than it is now. It is constantly over flowing, but the residents are getting blamed for the excess of trash. Can’t keep it in the breeze way, so we have to keep piles of trash in out apartments because the complex can’t handle the amount of trash produced by its residents

Great customer service and wonderful office staff; expedient maintenance services. The ladies in the office are knowledgeable and always available.
Peaceful, clean and safe. Great community to come home too after a long day from work. The funny part. I park in a different spot every day. I’m cool with it.

I have been living here at Aquia terrace for almost 2 1/2 years. And I enjoy every moment here. Quiet and close to everything. Nice community and office workers always have things for us to do. Thanks for that.

It is quite for the most part. I wish more people would pick up after their dogs, I pick up after mine and the neighborhood provides bags. The dog park is nice. My puppy enjoys it.
Apartments aren’t terrible. Management is okay. They don’t tell you which apartments are renovated; higher price does not necessarily mean renovated. Maintenance is sketchy. They don’t really fix issues, they just put band aids on it and call it good. Neighbors are bad. People smoke lots of weed here, so maybe not the best kid apartment complex. Dog park is a plus. Swimming pool is good. Park is decent.
My experience in this community has been wonderful. My neighbors are lovely, and it was great to have several neighborhood events last month. Met many new people. Office and maintenance staff are all nice.

Good location. Close to 95. Walking distance to a grocery store, post office, and some restaurants. Downside is there is now a $100 nonrefundable roommate add on fee before you even know if they get approved in addition to the $40 application fee.

Wonderful community with a great office staff. Close to bus stop post office shopping center. All within walking distance. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. And pets are welcome!
I love it here and it’s only been 2 weeks ! The office staff has been polite and accommodating. Amanda was a godsend from the very beginning ! She made the move so easy !
For my first time living with my boyfriend, it's nice and I'm happy. This area is quite and the pool area is clean. And if we need help, help comes right away.
Amazing community!!! One of my favorite things about this place is how much it involved the community on events!!! Would highly recommend. Communities like this are hard to find.

Good neighborhood, but we need illumination in the trash bin next to building 2. It’s super dangerous take out the trash at night or take the pet to the assigned area. It’s too dark. Everything else good and always improving.
