Just across the Ohio River from Downtown Louisville lies historic New Albany. Because of easy accessibility to Interstate 64 and a mild commute downtown, residents of New Albany have a direct line to all of Louisville’s amenities without the higher cost of living associated with city life.
In addition to a sprawling park system, this Floyd County community is encompassed by a collection of 19th century homes and buildings. The Harvest Homecoming festival brings those near and far together for a day of celebration and fun. Located within city limits is the campus of Indiana University Southeast, along with excellent wineries, breweries, and restaurants.

Property Ratings at Arbor Place Apartments
I've lived here for almost 4 years. Management is VERY attentive to the property and maintenance issues. Very quiet and peaceful. Great neighbors that are very respective if each other
This place is NASTY!!!! I just visited my brother and his roommate and I notcied they have black mold in the shower!! I am a landlord and I know if these were my apartments i’d want to know! I was grossed out by how poorly these apartments were maintained. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty!
Staff and owners are nice people. The apartments are very dated with old carpet and old linoleum. Fixtures are all gold-plated (chipping), the paint is thick from multiple paint jobs and the wi-fi is pretty terrible. Other than that, the parking area is always clean and the landscaping is pretty well kept. The courtyards are nice and it is usually very quiet. I would recommend for a “first” apartment.
Arbor Place is the ideal place to live! My husband and I have lived here for two years, and we LOVE it! We love it more than the 3 bedroom house we had when we first were married. The two bedroom apartments are spacious, and clean. You have an entire laundry room, and great storage. Anytime something arises, the management is on it within 30 minutes most of the time. Incredible care for their tenants! Friendly staff. Everything you need is no more than 5-10 minutes away. Even though you are close to town, it has a country feel with it sitting in the Floyd Knobs valley. Beautiful scenery, and can enjoy the different wildlife that visit the area! Absolutely gorgeous out here! Could not ask for a better apartment!!
