Very happy with apartment, the location, and the staff. The staff has been very professional and the maintenance is prompt, professional, efficient. The maintenance came to see issues the next day or within 3 days so far. I also like the office offers community get togethers and food trucks. Overall very happy.

This is a very peaceful community. I enjoy walks by the ponds. The staff and maintenance crew are helpful and polite. The only frustration is the side gate out to Hartsfield Rd. is usually broken. It works a few weeks, then down for months. Would love to see that working more than not.

Havent had any problems living here for 5 years. The only thing I dislike is when the backgate is not working it takes forever to get it repaired. It has been broken for months now and there is no urgency to repair it. The owner is making millions every month he can afford to replace the entrance gate and back gate. The gates are super old we need up to date gates. Leaving the complex from the front entrance is dangerus because of the traffic

I am wholly disappointed with the management of the complex. -The pool has been closed for months. There is justifiable reason for it not to have been repaired by now. -the back exit gate has been chained shut for no logical reason. -the car wash station has been non-functional for over 18mo. -street lights are burned out. -tree limb cut in prep for the hurricane months, piked up and dumped in plain site for months -made an appointment with the property manager, who at the appointment time refused to meet. -corp refuses to return calls AFTER taking *one* call, hearing my concerns never called back, never answered calls after.

Honestly it's just the very inconvenient fact that my keyboard hasn't worked for 2 weeks and I was constantly being told that it was getting reset. Hopefully getting a new one issued will resolve the problem. Great pricing, pretty nice staff, and the pool hasn't been opened since we moved in, but very nice accommodations.

It’s gotten a little bad, some person got into my car and my husbands car and try to steal but we had nothing. There are some people that I’ve seen who are drug addicts acting weird it’s not that safe anymore for my family.

Very happy with the staff, maintenance, and apartment. Had some issues come up with my roof because of a previous hurricane, it was taken care of within a week. The maintenance was in the roof for hours in over 90 degrees weather but didn't stop until it was completely repaired and repainted.

They close maintenance requests without the work being done. It is ridiculous how poorly maintained this place is. The pool is water is cloudy with a green hue. The gym is missing weights and equipment is broken for over 18 months The car wash station have been in some state of disrepair for over a year and a half and both are non functional since before 1/1/2024 Most importantly the back exit gate has been broken for months. Not only that it has been unnecessarily chained shut. They refuse to acknowledge the safety hazard it has causes exiting the property. Lastly, they refuse to give a justification beyond it was an internal decision and refuse to give details on how the decision was made.

Globalement je peux dire que ça va, pas de problème de parking, la communauté est calme, et securitaire. Après une année d'expérience avec eux tout fonctionne normalement. Les employés sont aimables, l'environnement est agréable.... l'unique problème se sont les petits cafards qui sortent de je ne sais où, aux heures d'été. Amazing and very professional administration & maintenance!
As I moved in filling out my move in detailed list there were several things that needed attention. I received a call letting me know they were coming. Unfortunately I had my dog out so they didn't go in. But after they explained that due to safety for both workers & my pet, they didn't. They came in the following day. I met Orlando maintenance, whom was very professional. Everything was fixed. He really took pride in his work. So thank you for administration & maintenance 100% satisfied does far.

Don’t sign a lease here
I’m going to TRY to make this short & sweet. I’ve been here for 2 years now, lease is up in May thank God. It has been hell living here. The maintenance don’t fix a thing. My AC has been giving me issues since I moved in in 2021 & from then on they have been back and forth in my apartment claiming they fixed the issue but more issues keep coming up. I have dates in which my ac has stopped working & how long it took for the problem to be “fixed” (temporarily). Now we are in the new year & my AC has been broke since Jan 12TH 2023….it’s FEB 2nd 2023. I had to call them several times for accommodations as I feel like I shouldn’t even have to do that, the management should’ve initiated accommodations to me. If you really want something done you have to constantly keep calling. I have a 1 year old. Why do y’all think it’s ok to not have AC for that long? I Also have pictures from when I first moved in, they did not replace my dishwasher, it has mold covering the whole entire rack, I never use it. Will be so happy to move & never look back at this place again! Also loud neighbors, they don’t do nothing about so don’t bother calling the office about that, the gates have been broke for the whole time I’ve been here & recently more than 20 cars were broken into & they are definitely responsible for that. Save yourself the headache. They don’t care. What they do is move you in gracefully & after you move in you are in for a ride. They are liars. How is it that y’all gave me a “brand new” AC unit due to the compressor giving out in November to January the coil needs to be replaced & then had a set back because they ordered the wrong piece. Oh but wait then had to call someone who actually specializes in HVAC to actually come look at my AC & identify the problem quickly. Allegedly the HVAC dude is supposed to come by this morning & fix my AC but we will see. I take everything they say with a grain of salt.

Worst place I've lived
This was the worst living situation in my 60 plus years. My lease was changed the last minute and I was put in a run down moldy apartment. The ceiling was close to falling in the dining/kitchen are and the resident upstairs was not helping that. The outside was covered in mildew and couldn't even see out the windows. I reported all this with no replies, gave my notice and left. I will be pursuing this further, I broke my lease due to health concerns and unsafe living. The office wouldn't come tour the apartment after it was cleaned, (I have tons of pictures and video's to cover myself), they used Covid as an excuse, however bringing in my keys no one was wearing a mask. To see mocking smileys between office employees in emails was rather rude. I have a name, I'm not a number!

St. Johns Trash Bin
Tenants repeatedly leave the complex with garbage bags on their vehicle, forgetting to stop at the dumpster on the way out and the trash spreads up and down Hartsfield Road. Multiple requests have been made to management to clean up after their tenants but they allow it to pile up and fester for weeks at a time.

Used to be a nice place but….
This used to be a nice place to live. But now, NO. The security gates never work, there’s graffiti painted on the one and only dumpster, a million feral cats every where, residents with dogs don’t clean up after them and let there dogs run loose without a leash. The roaches are out of control (never had them the first couple years I lived here). It doesn’t feel safe here anymore. I can’t wait to move!!

I speak from personal experience
I highly recommend this apartment complex. I enjoy the nature walks, the men play volleyball every Saturday if I'm not mistaken. It's peaceful here. Car pool and vacuum is convenient. Pools are nice and clean. I've stayed here 4 years now. Overcame some challenging times during COVID-19 peak. Fell behind on rent due to circumstances but in my opinion we have the best landlord. I didn't get the boot and she works with you as long as you keep your agreement too pay. Communication and integrity is the key. Front office has a great personality as well.

Everything has been great living at St.John forest apartments.My only complaint is that I have been here for Two years and now after long this time the are increasing my base rent by almost 300 dollars.For a one bedroom one bathroom unit.

This place is not home.
We have had big issues since day 1. On move in day, we did a walk through in the apartment and immediately noticed that there was an inch long opening in the window. The porch ceiling is also about to collapse. There's a huge hole in the middle and When it rains, water leaks from the ceiling on the porch. I immediately went to the lease office and showed them pictures of the window and the ceiling of the porch and also told them the blinds for the door are broken. They sent a maintenance worker and he came and sealed the window and he also replaced the blinds that were broken. He also told me that they are working on getting a contractor to fix the ceiling on the porch. I then also noticed more wrong with the apartment over the weekend after we moved in on Friday(7/9). I made an entire list and gave it to the lease office the following Monday(7/12). There was A LOT on the list. I don't have enough room to list it all. I told the lease office that there is a lot wrong and 5 outlets needed to he fixed ASAP. Well, I didn't hear anything back so I went to the office on Friday(7/16), the lady explained that they did put a work order in for everything wrong, but didn't explain why I hadn't heard anything back. She sent a maintenance guy over right after. Maintenance came that afternoon and fixed 5 outlets that were not working at all. He said someone would fix the porch outlet on 7/19. No one has fixed it still lol. On 7/18, the upstairs neighbor flooded out their bathroom. We had water leaking from our ceiling and literally out of the light fixture above the bath tub. I called the emergency hot line and a maintenance worker came and told us why it was leaking. He told us that he would come back in a couple hours to check up on things. He never came back. I have not heard from the maintenance people since 7/18 after I called the emergency line. There was no point in calling him in the first place because he did nothing lol The ceiling is going to collapse and they just don't care. I told them two weeks ago what needs to be fixed and they've only fixed outlets, & only because I went back to the office. Tonight, the bathroom ceiling fell, luckily we weren't taking a bath (because you can't turn it on). I'll be at the lease office tomorrow trying to get them to actually do something to make this place more livable, while wishing that I picked elsewhere to lease.
