While I am looking for apartments in the area i am making phone calls to each of my interest since there are many options. While giving the employee some information, followed with a question she HUNG UP.
They have a really bad problem with bed bugs and roaches and will sit and blame you for it found out about the bed bedbugs first day we moved in then roaches started to come office is very rude and doesn't care told multiple times 2 spray and nothing changed they just try to charge you 250 for it when nothing has gotten better
These apartments are nice but full of roaches, the office people are always friendly and quick to assist with any problems.

The new manager for the apartments is very rude and does not realize that her tenants are customers. The first month the rent was due all they did was write on a posted note what your rent was. I can not pay off a posted note, and I could not get a statement or nothing to see how much my rent was. And when I asked the new manager about the water she kicked me out of her office. Now I have bed bugs from the new neighbors and they ruined my new bed and my linen and they tell me it’s my fault for not reporting it sooner. It’s still not my fault. I was late with my last months rent and I have three different papers from them whilst different amounts. They really have no idea what they are doing but the owners should be aware. Oh and by the way, 48 hours to enter your property is not the next day!!! That’s only 24 hours. People just get it together
Chamberlain and Associates bought the property. With it comes a new way with interacting with remnants. So far, I'm not impressed.
I've lived here for 5 years plus haven't Had any problems with bugs or management I've had great neighbors some not so grear but more good than bad you can't control who you live around especially in apartments staff has always been kind to me and Valerie the apartment manager is always willing to work around things like when I was sick and needed time to pay rent
New to Az. From Chicago. My apartment looks just like whats on the website. Landscape is well kept. Quiet, decent neighbors welcoming. Nice staff and works with you. Most of all i feel somewhat safe coming in and out of my apartment. Great place to live very affordable. Close to major necessities.
When i first move in, i still have not get my stuff out of the truck when i found ticks and bed bugs, two days after living here the roaches start appearing which they stated that it was me, then i found out that they have roaches and bed bugs infestation,yes they spray every Wednesday but the roaches still there. the parking is a problem, even thought it says in the add one parking lot per apartment, there are people that have 3 cars per apartment, i have drive around to finally park, there are no regulations in the parking unless you pay the cover port. The people upstairs makes all sort of noises, they trow heavy items in the floor at all times in the night, they move furniture, kids running late at night you can even hear when their heavy steps when they are walking,even the apartment shakes when they drop stuff and wakes you up in the middle of the night. the onsite maintenance is good for except that my air conditioner broke in summer and it took them 3 days to fix it at a 105 degrees month.
I found my apartment online before we moved out to Arizona when we got here realized it instantly looks different than the website said it's not the best it's not the worst it's cheaper than California and air-conditioning works good. We are just trying to finish our lease so we can go get somewhere nicer free rent for a year would sure make it a lot easier .
