Nothing is like them pictures! They make u pay for services that comes when they want like pest control. They didn’t fully clean up the apartment how they were suppose to before us moving in. All they did was paint over everything. Bad service when it comes to fixing things. You have to repeatedly call them to get things fix in your house. They also will show u a good looking apartment and will but in a bad condition one.

It’s rats here and raccoons living in the walls y’all and they are choosing to do nothing about it. Don’t move here. Management changes often and no matter who it is they don’t do a good job. I fully regret moving here.

my mom and my family have lived there since november 2018. around a month ago, they placed an EVICTION on my mom’s credit without letting her know prior due. they took everything out the house and threw everything away. everything i worked hard for these past few years are all gone. the management is trash and they have bad skills at talking to people. never apply there and never give them your money. they change management every two months and raise rent when all they do is paint over the walls, i moved out and seen the walls, i cut into it and there is 5-6 layers of paint on all of the walls, they don’t fix anything throughly. i wish i could give this review zero stars.

The pictures are absolutely not what the apartments look like. Units are not freshly painted , not even painted gray. Old appliances. Holes in walls, doors need repair. There is no pool and no plan for repair. Exterior looks very unkept and not maintained for years. Bathtubs are being reglazed and there is new carpet

The management team that we have now is way better than what we’ve had in the past. Due to the new team, I was able to get some much needed and overdue work done to my kitchen. I have had interactions with Cori, Amber and William and all have been helpful and positive.

I’ve been a resident here since 2020 and I love it .. they are under new management and the staff are amazing . I love the changes that they are making and have made so far . Thanks to Amber and Cori for being outstanding with communicating and caring

First off I would like to say thank you to miss Amber for giving me the opportunity to get approved to move into Arrowhead townhomes. I started not to move into this complex due to the reviews but when I took a ride during the daytime and at night it wasn't what the reviews were saying as I reached back out to Miss Amber when I was approved she stated that the new management is put in a lot of money into the property there are amenities you have washer and dryer connection you have your own backyard and also you're 5 minutes away from Tara Boulevard hospital is close by and also they're going to put a precinct to protect us which I thought was very very spectacular I love my place I'm fixing it up as I go I'm very appreciative of having my own town home and Arrowhead townhome sometimes reviews can throw you off but you have to take the initiative to ride out and talk with management and see a unit is which I did so when you go do your application go in and ask for Ms Amber she's very smart polite she know her job and she will help you find that unit for you thanks again Miss Amber.

When I came across Arrowhead Townhomes I was skeptical about moving there due to the reviews but as I roll through there and seen that there was some improvement I didn't go by the reviews I contacted the leasing office and I spoke with Ms Amber when I say she explained that this is property is under New Management and that they have put a lot of money into this property a lot of people didn't know that they're going to put a precinct. they are doing The yards they have swimming pool and it's very quiet so as I spoke with Miss Amber I went on here in applied and I got approved I moved in on Friday the 13th of May and when I say my unit was up to par that was nothing wrong with it everything was clean I was suggest to anybody don't go by the reviews come out and see the units they are very nice is quiet and then you have a lot of amenities around you you have all the stores on Tara Boulevard then you have all the stores in Riverdale so you can go either way to commute you have the highway so it's a good location to live in I am so glad that I took the time not to listen to the reviews and follow my own instinct and got this apartment and I love it thanks Amber.

So I was having the WORST experience with MMG, starting from December 2020... with a sister property...I won’t go into detail about that... I moved in Ashlar last week January. I was super nervous because of the reviews... The place was super clean, the appliances are old, but they were clean..my fridge was making a loud noise but they fixed it the next day.. my blinds were raggedy, it took them a few days or so to replace them but I was so happy when they did. They have valet trash that’s included with the rent.. which doesn’t get picked up like it should... I think it’s because I stay on the back.. I saw like 3 or 4 roaches but nothing else. But I do my diligence to make sure nothing survives, so there’s no problems there. I feel like they could be a little cheaper because of the upkeep and age, it’s definitely time for renovations but it’s comfortable. My overall experience has been great so far after I finally moved in. I’m happy.

I was nervous when applying to live here considering that the reviews aren't the best but I was in need of a place. I want to start off by saying the office staff are excellent when it comes to taking care of new people wanting to move. My leasing agent was Shakira and she was so helpful with the process. I did have a few issues upon moving in but Shakira got them took care of right away. I do have a couple issues with bugs but I do expect that, as I have been cleaning and putting down pesticide they are going away. The place is coming together maybe that's because of new managment.

They won’t fix anything. You have to keep asking them to do things. The people in the office has poor customer service. They raise your rent without explaining why.

It rained in my apartment for 6 months they would not fix nothing! Had to finally just move! Proceed with caution!

If you need second chance housing they will accept you but they place is filled with roaches, nothing has been fixed since I moved in last year. I’ve called everyday for 2 weeks and gotten no response and when I attempt to go in the office they tell me it’s closed but they always make time for the people that want to rent here. Water and pest control is NOT free as advertised they will add it on to your rent at the time of lease signing so add about $50 to the price they tell you. And while I’m paying for pest control it’s still roaches everywhere.

This place is a joke!! They don’t do anything that a professional complex should do. The manager of the leasing office like to call herself calling tenants to yell at them for contacting management because they never respond to emails or answer the phone. There’s a big problem, we had no AC for months, dishwasher hasn’t worked for a year now, Potholes in the street all over the complex, trash everywhere and they get salty with tenants and wanna raise rent for what? This place was GARBAGE!!! Not nowhere near worth the money!!

Bug infestation, leaks from water pipes thru out the apartment, they want their money but take care of the property poorly, NO AIR CONDITIONING, told them this a million times and it is ridiculous waste of money out of my pocket, NEVER AGAIN

I moved here in August I was not able to see my apartment till I received my keys. ROACHES were everywhere so I delayed moving in an bombed the place for two days. The rental staff did not do anything an still don't. I have put in work order after work order just to receive not maintenance. My Heat has never worked. MOLD is everywhere in the house. I dont have a dishwasher an these are just some of the problems. Whatever you do don't rent here.

This has been my worst apartment yet. Management doesn’t care for anything. They are lazy but yet will hassle you for rent and threaten to evict you if you are just a few days shy of the first. The rent is high and it’s just a complete ripoff. From the day you sign your lease your apartment just starts falling apart and nothing gets done. I would hope a health inspector would look at how nasty this place is and shut it down completely.

There are so many negatives that I probably couldn't list them all. Gave this place a chance because it has the potential to be nice. Now that they have new management, there are hopes for improvement. If you love roaches, move here. Never EVER saw an exterminator!! Charged monthly for it though. That alone would improve the apartments by 50%. Everything else can be managed with the proper maintenance team. It's crazy that a place requires so much of you but gives less than half of it in return. If every tenant in this place were to begin a petition, this place would be forced to change or shut down.

This place is disgusting!!!!!! Health inspection need to pay them a visit. Roaches and rats infested. NASTY.. NASTY..NASTY!!!They even get in your refrigerator. Trash depository smell horrible. Trash piled outside around trash depository at any given time. Office staff including maintenance are all insufficient . The only time you see them in the office is around rent time. Any other time they don’t bother about answering the phone. You have to keep calling. Apartments are not well maintained. I would not recommend anyone live there. Go by check it out before you commit. If possible, try to visit inside one of the properties. The pictures online needed to be updated. The complex does not look that way now. Not even close. They have the nerve to include a fee for pest control in your rent. Oh... they post signs outside the rental office when rent is due...like you don’t know. How tacky is that!!

If at all possible take Ur money elsewhere! Its infested with roaches! They charge U for pest control once a month. Nobody never comes and spray. They put me in apartment trash all on back porch. I had to clean up myself. Went three weeks without being able to cook. Stove wasn't working. Go in office a thousand times about issues takes them weeks to fix! Be late with rent they put eviction notice on Ur door. But dont fix noting. Come out have look at piles of trash. Who wants live in place looks run down. Especially in back of complex. They dont care how it looks. Roads all tore up with pot holes. Door frames rotten out. City needs shut this place down!

This apartment complex has a standing contract with a bed bug extermination company. They never treat the problem carefully; they spray instead of heat treat. So the problem is never resolved. I had been without heat for 2 winters, and lived with constant water damage when it rained. I've also had a constant Roach infestation from the dead body they let sit for 3days...and didn't clean the apartment for 5 months after the body removal. For what Ashlar charges for rent; you can find better elsewhere. Keep Searching!!!!

I saw some bad reviews online, but after my visit I found that the property is really nice and has affordable rents.

I love my apartment they fix all that I need them too they work with me every month I have no problems at all I been here 3 1/2 years the schools are closed and the ladies in the office are awesome come join us

I just saw an apartment out here, It's way nicer than when I lived here 2 years ago. Very nice upgrades.

I've been living here for one year and I must say it's like the gingerbread house. It's looks very nice and spacious when you first view but once your in, you will see EVERYTHING falls apart. Management is VERY RUDE they don't attend to ANY issues with the homes. They will be on your back for rent and quick to give you an eviction notice. The ceilings leak, the rain floods the house & the floors get damaged because of the flood, the toilets & sinks are ALWAYS stopped up, the tubs peel, the stairs feel like your going to fall thru them, the front & rear doors don't have weather strips so all the air comes thru, the closet doors don't stay on the hinges, the windows aren't sealed tight enough (it gets really cold in the winter) the roaches are everywhere no matter how clean you are, etc. And no matter how many times to tell them they will say "I'm sending someone over" and they NEVER come. Management don't answer the phones, they speak with attitude. All day you see maintenance walking around talking, sitting in the truck for hours, most of them be under the influence of drugs/alcohol and picking up garbage outside the complex but NEVER fixing the things that's needed for us people who have to live there with their children. If you are trying to move here PLEASE RETHINK THIS MOVE because if not you will regret it.

I've been here 3 mos No AC refrigerator leaks full of roaches the more you complain the less they care

I lived here for about 2 months. these apartment are horrible. there are shootings on a weekly basis. Clayton county is always out there and nothing gets done. the apartment is run by Latinos and they and there families live in the back. their apartments look nothing like the ones in the complex. roaches are there like they help pay rent. they didn't even come spray when I told them about the roach and ant problem... I was furious. then on top of that there was no central air in the apartment(like promised) we were given a mobile unit about a week later.(thanks) the good thing I was someone's roommate so I was able to just leave.

Ive been luving here for 2 years and its ok but its time to move on to something better.

The apartment complex that I am currently residing in is horrible. The management is horrible, the property is horrible. My apartment stay needing some work done to it. There is no central air conditioning, so you can only imaging how hot it stays in my apartment with the Georgia heat. I wanna move so bad, but my lease isn't up until April coming. Smh
