Apartments are very spacious and affordable. the staff is friendly and the grounds always kept clean. love the renovated unit as it comes with a washer/dryer!!!

I have been complaining about bugs since I moved in November 2022. Management had orkin spray ONE corner of the hallway every other month. I witnessed orkin come leave notes on the door that said they'd sprayed but they didn't go into any of the apartments in my building. There are roaches outside in the breezeways and open cracks that lead straight from outside into your apartment for these critters to crawl through. After the neighbors above me abandoned their apartment, the bugs became unbearable, I stopped notifying management because management blocked my calls. Months passed since the apartment was abandoned and maintenance has been removing their belongings for a month now and the bugs have all of a sudden become less and less.

The floor plan and the location fit my needs considering the annual cost. The customer service is excellent. The facilities have been improved a lot.

Staff really care about the apartments and residents and are making continued improvements. The apartments are renovated and residents seem friendly. I like the fact that shopping centers and restaurants are close by. I also have children and love the playground. I can tell that a lot of love for children went into it. I would recommend these apartments!

The staff members here are very helpful in ensuring that you have everything you need. It feels good to have knowledgeable and assuring staff to assist me.

I just relocated here from up north and this complex is really good so far. I am enjoying the space and clean fresh air. I think my family will enjoy their time here. The renovations are great!!! I will finally have a piece of mind.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 10 years and I will say over the years I have seen many things but one thing I've seen is the apartment constantly trying to improve themselves and become a great community and that's what I see every single day. Not only is the rent fair but the staff and the maintenance are extraordinary. the hard work they put in really shows and they're always quick to answer your needs. The staff is very friendly and will work with you if you should have a problem too thank you so that you can have the best experience living here. It also helps to be close to Walmart and a fast food places and restaurants so that you can get what you need if you're ever hungry and you can shop for whatever. I Highly recommend anyone who's looking for a decent place to live to check out this place.

Great staff. They were courteous and willing to help you. The apartments have a good price for what you get. Management is committed and is upgrading the apartments. Residents seem to be friendly.

Mine experience was outstanding the office staff has a great customer service and very helpful. I love my apartment and NO Rats and NO Roaches.....

Just move in, the manager and her assistant go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The place is amazing and the renovations are beautiful.

New management is the best we have ever had. They are doing a great job renovating everything and upgrading amenities. You get a lot of space for a very affordable price and are only a few minutes away from downtown.

DO NOT rent from here unless you like bugs and trash. On the day I was supposed to move in I got my key and went inside and there were several several roaches all over the apartment and there was trash on the back porch. They then kept my deposit. The entire conversation with the staff was useless. One of them tried to tell me everyone in NC has roaches, but then said this was the first time they’ve had a complaint about them. That doesn’t make sense if everyone has them how is this the first time you are hearing about them? And if this really is the first time then that means my neighbors were nasty and just lived with the bugs. The leasing building was nasty. For the price of this apartment you can find better even in this market.

Beautiful renovated apartments close to downtown and very affordable and safe highly recommend!!! The apartments are huge and the renovations are really nice love the washer dryer connections and the extra bathrooms not to mention all of the walk in closet space

Its not worth the money Nor the time , they dont care about the residents that already live here. Has rats ?? and roaches ??
