Property Ratings at Ashley Terrace Apartments
Spend your money elsewhere. These apartments are 50 years old and are being repaired with nothing more than bandaids. Patches and sloppy paint cover every wall. Maintenance calls will be ignored and you will be blown off because they "have real problems to deal with". Calls to the emergency maintenance line go ignored and unanswered. The main supervisor Cindy is extremely childish and will hang up on you when confronted. The only good thing to say about this place is Erin in the rental office is very nice and tries to help while being sand bagged by her bosses.
I live in a condominium and at first (3 years ago) the building was the best! Locked entry to building, beautiful landscaping, attractive looking space, etc. Every since the president of the home owner's association moved out of the complex...the horror!
This is a spacious place the model we occupy is the two bed,one bath and its very we'll designed. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of cabinet space and the master bed is really large as well. there's a large patio which I primarily use for storage right now but will make a great nook for relaxing. There's a good amount of storage indoors with 1 closet in each room and two in the master bed. Cons about the place are the water system has had some issues with the water running cold but no time was wasted getting that fixed so it's all good. We love it here!
