Haven at Lewisville Lake 55+

Pool not heated year-round (6 mos maybe 7). Side doors unlocked 24/7 so NOT secure. Gates have been broken for several months - again, NOT secure. Transportation has been reduced. Not as great as the rental prices would indicate. Lovely residents & very close to everything are the positives.

Elevators are forever going out and takes over a month to repair. Good at making surface areas look nice, just don’t look too close. We have a large board that has been hanging off the eve of a 3 story building and no one seems to see a need to repair it. Most wood on patios and trim is rotten. We only get the trash picked up Monday & Thursday. The price went up but service hasn’t changed. We need trash pickups at least 3 times a week.

We have the best maintenance person anywhere! Facility is well maintained and apartments are modern and recently updated. Residents are friendly and help each other.

This a great place to live. It is so nice and clean. I will tell every one how great this place is.

The Attiva community is a lovely atmosphere with kind, helpful staff and nice ammenities. Even in this weird Covid-19 time, we are having outside entertainers, daily to-go breakfast and afternoon canned drinks or bottled water and the ability to talk with other residents while social distancing and masked. The staff seem to be working diligently to keep this strange time the most safe and enjoyable time as possible.

I have enjoyed living at Attiva Lewisville. All of the staff cares about the well being of the residents. The buildings and grounds are well kept. The staff has done an outstanding job of helping keep our community free of the Covid 19 virus.

Lewisville Attiva 55 Apartments are a wonderful place to live! Service and Office staff are friendly and very efficient. LOVE having our own hair salon and nail salon on the premises!! The swimming pool area is beautiful and we have our own grills to cook on. We have a putting green are for the golfers. When the Covid-19 virus is gone, more events will be planned, which are always fun and inexpensive. People who live here are friendly but haven't been able to socialize much yet but looking forward to doing so. Come join me for a relaxed place to live!

I have always liked this place. Almost 8 yrs now.

I moved here while it was Franklin Park Retirement Community and decided to stay when the property was sold. Im glad I decided to stay though there are a few areas that I preferred such as the furniture and decor. Im more old school than modern art etc.

Attiva Lewisville is a 55 Senior Living Community with ambiance and sits on the banks of a wooded creek. Its peaceful and beautiful. Residents can be busy with activities daily and evening as well. They could also remain undisturbed in their own well appointed apartment.

Management tries very hard to create activities to foster socialization for the residents. The facility is very clean, friendly and inviting.

Great neighbors, many activities, great cleaning and maintenance staff, and helpful office staff.

I have a very good life here. Lots of activities are available and we have regular outings available every week that we have bus service for. Since I can no longer drive this is important and I can still enjoy plays and sports activities a variety of different food and the lovely light displays available during the Holiday season.

Excellent location. Easy to get to places for shopping, restaurants, movies, and entertainment. Close to I35

The apartment is conveniently located within few minutes drive from YMCA, senior centers, banks and a numbers of grocery stores, suitable for my active and easy life. They also offer many attractive amenities. Among them, day trips to shows and concerts, to grocery stores and to doctors appointment; social hours with drinks and delicious appetizers; and continental breakfast are all very attractive to me.

A place to call home

Having lived here at Attiva for 6 yrs I would definitely recommend living here. Balconies and patios are a must. Stepping out into the hallways into either heat or air-conditioning is one of the great amenities Attiva offers. Come have fun planned events with us!

I am so happy to be back at Attiva. Health reasons took me away for a year. Dreamed of my return. Now it is even better than ever. The community is so helpful and I enjoy all the many activities. I'm Home.

Management unresponsive to safety issues Dog park promised when I signed lease; has not materialized. Mgmt behaviour inappropriate - hugging.

The office staff has been very helpful in getting an apartment ready for me earlier than I had expected to move. They are friendly and flexible.
