Mail is frequently stolen and management takes no accountability for the way we have to live. They have no cameras at all so no one will ever get fined. It’s $50 a day or something for trash left in the hallway, yet management will never know who did it. People constantly park in illegal ways and nothing is done. Nothing is ever accomplished by the staff, so many times we asked the management to do things for us or they said they would do things for us and never did them until we contacted the upper management. There was rotting trash left in the stairwell right outside our apartment and I contacted staff 4 separate times, once over the phone, then in email, then in person twice. It really seems like staff does not care at all about the conditions we have to live in. I would not recommend anyone to live here with the kind of care we tenants receive. The mail room is so tiny and never organized, it’s ridiculous.

Pretty community nice pool but a lot of issues with things not working and pest control issues and it is expensive to live here and advertised as a luxury community

The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, which makes a big difference in feeling at home. So far so good. Neighbors are pretty cool. The office workers are cool also. Just Too much dog poop. Which is nuts because the community supplies doggy bags in all corners of the complex.

The community is conveniently located and diverse. There are some things regarding management that are inconsistent. We still have an open ticket for a broken fridge (after a month) and the water pressure in this 3 bed is pretty bad. Otherwise I have no complaints. One day my daughter was locked out of our apartment. And management was extremely helpful. So there in lies the inconsistency

My first week here at Prynne Hills has been a great experience. Moving in was a smooth, easy process. All the staff members are nice and friendly. The apartment was ready for us to move into. I will say, the door to get up to the apartment is broken and duck taped. Meaning anyone can get into the building without the code. I am hoping this gets fixed ASAP. The trash area is overflowing with trash, residents should be better about throwing their trash into the trash designated area. Overall, I am happy with the experience so far.

I am very happy with my apartment. And my experiences interacting with management, and maintenance are great. I feel they are fair, and do their best to accommodate everyone. Interacting with residents- I’ve met a lot of residents that I enjoy seeing and always say hello which is a very nice- respectful, considerate. I wish some people were more considerate, respectful, not caring where their leaving trash etc. But overall I am pleased

Great amenities in units. Well maintained grounds. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have two pools and clubhouse.

I really think they worry about the wrong things here when they should be worrying about the dog poop that's laying around everywhere the trash that people leave outside and animals get in the big pothole in the street. That's what they need to concern themselves with not the parking lot, not smoking and a better system when having two swimming pools, what's the used to have two when you can only use one during the week it makes sense. You have a lock on the door and the office just leave it locked during the week when the pool is open, but shut down shut down one pool is insane

Overall, I enjoy living here. I think there is room for growth. I think instead of emailing consistently about the trash room, a new solution should be found. We used to have a valet trash service, maybe this should come back. 2 trash facilities for the amount of people here is insane. I also wish, for the price we pay, that water/sewer were included in the price of rent. I understand the electric and gas bill but the others should be included. Overall, I enjoy it here. I work in Boston so the location is perfect. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds as well.

I love the beautiful views spacious rooms open concept layout. Maintenance is pretty good. They show up and get the job done in a timely fashion. Staff is friendly helpful and available. Community is clean and quiet.

I love here because of quiet and safe my home, my two teenagers are glad own separate bedrooms also they use laundry by themselves. In the summer, we always go there BBQ and pool plus sometime events at clubhouse too

Recently moved in to Prynne Hills and while the tour was great my move in experience was less than ideal. To start I was shown a unit that was completely different from what they gave me without informing me. Less than ideal. Upon move in my apt had many items in need of repair or to be replacement. Pretty much unit was not ready at all or likely not inspected. I moved in right as they had switched management companies which makes sense on why so many things were left undone. Very bad initial impression while trying to settle into my new home. After a couple of weeks most things were finally fixed however this is after countless maintenance calls and visits to the leasing office. I am hoping that the rest of my experience moving forward is much better.

I moved here in June and I’m very happy that I chose to live here! My apartment is quiet and the unit itself is beautiful. There’s of course the usual wear and tear and the few maintenance calls for problems that come up, but besides those issues it’s been great. The new management has been super helpful as well!

Constantly smells like marijuana. Very noisy at night. Trash area infested with rats and riddled with trash bags. Fitness center has too many broken machines.

Great community to live where you can enjoy all the amenities. Grounds are kept up with great landscaping. The maintenance crew does a great job and the office is very helpful.

Beautiful apartments, outdoors are always well kept. However leasing office NEVER answers the phones. Prynne Hills since I’ve been here have had 3 or 4 different owners. Maintenance is great once you can get them to show up.
