I have been living here for almost a year now and I still have no regrets renting this apartment. I would've given a five star but I'm having 1 issue. I wish you built the patio floor a little better. I live on the 1st floor the 2nd floor patio's dirts come down to me all the time. I don't own cat and yet I have to clean cat's hair on my table and floor constantly. I pick up cigar wrappers too mostly and I don't even smoke. It is frustrating to clean somebody else's mess. I am not a pet owner nor a smoker and yet I have to clean my patio like them.

As we approach our 2 year anniversary as residents, we could not be more pleased with our decision to move here! Love our home, our neighbors, and the location. My experience at Avalon has been great. The clubhouse which includes a pool table, tv’s, library, computers and so, is a great place to host a large gathering. I've been living here a year and its fantastic. The location is perfect. It's near the interstate, close enough to pensacola to be convenient but not too close that the traffic is terrible. The staff are amazingly helpful. It has every amenity you could imagine. The internet is fast. I could go on. Highly recommend.

Consider yourself warned… I strongly advise caution when considering Avalon Apartments. My experience with the property management has been disappointing and stressful due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable handling of tenant concerns. Recently, I received a formal notice from management alleging serious lease violations. This notice came without any prior communication or attempt to discuss concerns with me before its issuance. When I requested evidence or specific details supporting the claims, I was denied access and told I would need a subpoena just to see what I’m being accused of. This approach is unprofessional and deeply concerning for anyone who values open communication and fair treatment. Additionally, when I attempted to discuss the matter in person during a scheduled meeting, the property manager became defensive and escalated the situation unnecessarily, going so far as to claim she felt “threatened” despite my calm, seated, and respectful demeanor throughout. This response seemed like an attempt to deflect accountability rather than address the valid concerns I raised. All of this was done at Christmas time and left no option but to move or fight the eviction. Be aware that transparency, respectful communication, and fair treatment are not guaranteed here, based on my experience. I would encourage potential residents to consider other properties where tenant concerns are handled professionally and transparently. Proceed with caution!

We moved to Avalon Apartments in Pensacola two years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Avalon is located right in the center of the Pine Forest/Nine Mile Road area which continues to see new and exciting shopping and dining venues opening often. We enjoy the convenience of those venues, with easy access to our medical facilities and the proximity to I-10. In addition to all of the above, it appears that Costco may be opening nearby in the near future. Avalon is professionally managed and the team's attention to detail is amazing. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it is apparent the management team operates on a proactive rather than a reactive basis! It is a quiet, relaxed community, but you can always count on some clubhouse or pool activities, often planned around holidays. If you are relocating to Pensacola, or are looking for a new and relaxed home environment, you'll be happy you visited Avalon Apartments.

I have lived here for a little over a month now and I love it! I relocated here from another state and the management team were so kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. My daughter is stationed here in Pensacola and the staff were kind enough to show her the property in my absence and she loved it too. My neighbors are awesome, the pool area is beautiful, the community is quiet, and everything is well-maintained. The complex is in close proximity to everything you might want or need and the water pressure is awesome too! Nothing worse than having a shower with poor water pressure! I was supposed to move into another complex and I’m so glad I didn’t. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here so far.

The apartment has a few little issues. Slight damage to kitchen floor and mirrors. But they have a whole system to put in a ticket and get it all sorted. The community is taken care of very well as a whole.

This is my 7th year at living at Avalon Apartments. It is a very convenient place to live if you work at Navy Federal. The apartments are nice with high ceilings. There is a dog park here and nice fitness center and pool. It's a nice place to call home.

I like it here it’s quite relaxing I have a awesome day every day they have a dog park it’s big so if you like to work out you could jog around the complex

This place is a five star review. The apartment is amazing and I think we are for sure getting a great price. The community is nice clean and quiet and I love it. I only left a star out because of the structure of parking. If you get home late or have to leave to make quick run kiss you good spot goodbye. Small inconvenience to park around the corner but everything else about apartment is lovely.

My residence experience has been great. The office staff is awesome, Maintenance staff is on top of their game keeping everything in top notch. Residence with pets is friendly.

Love the area very close to the interstate and the noise level is pretty much nonexistent! I have great neighbors and barely hear them! The pool area is beautiful and I can’t remember the guy who works in the front office name but he is amazing and very helpful does not mind making sure you are comfortable here and helping you with any information you may need!

I've really enjoyed my experience at Avalon so far. The community events have been a nice touch, like the Saturday continental breakfast. I also had a blast at the paint night they hosted — it was super fun, and they even provided free pizza! Special shoutout to Isaac and Morgan, who not only make amazing staff but also turned out to be quite the artists themselves. Their friendly and creative spirit really makes this place feel like home. Overall, it's been a wonderful living experience and this month I am excited for the pumpkin painting event this month. -Peter Chindavong
