The cities of Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton form a loosely shaped triangle within California's Tri-Valley region, a cluster of three small valleys about 33 miles east of San Francisco and 35 miles northeast of San Jose. Known for its Mediterranean climate, rolling hills and historic vineyards, this once bucolic region now boasts three separate downtown areas, a bustling business community and some of the best wineries in the state.
At the eastern end of the region lies the city of Livermore. Once known as Livermores, Livermore Ranch and Nottingham, the city sits at the center of Livermore Valley, a historic region dotted with more than 5,000 acres of mostly family-owned vineyards. A pastoral neighborhood known for its charming yet functional hilltop windmills, Livermore hosts the internationally recognized and sometimes controversial center of scientific research, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.

Property Ratings at Avoca Dublin Station
Avana has been a great experience. They should work on setting a small play area for kids. They have an amazing pool and clean community. The neighborhood is great. However the noise level has gone up since Tesla has opened a service station/ office. This noise level is towards buildings 5,6 and might not affect inside buildings
Avana is a wonderful community where the management team provides opportunities for residents to interact and engage in group interests and activities. The amenities are very well maintained and neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. A Lovely community I would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are very pleased to hear Management is taking care if you here at Avana Dublin Station. We are here to help- Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything further that we are able to assist with during your residency. Have a wonderful week!
Downstairs neighbor had kids. I could hear every jump, scream, laugh and cry. I felt like I had kids and it’s NOT fun. For the amount of rent you are charging I expect better insulation. I can’t imagine what it would be like having someone above you. Someone vandalized the mailboxes so USPS stopped delivering our mail. Had to drive to San Ramon to get mail for months. People do not pick up after their dogs, poop everywhere. The dumpsters are not big enough for the amount of trash being produced, trash everywhere.
Good place to live and raise kids and friendly front office staff.
The first few weeks at Avana Dublin Station have been great and the team here as been really responsive and helpful throughout my move in process. Great community and nice amenities to be used and maintained.

Hello, we are glad we could help! We hope to see you soon!
Great place to stay. Safe, well maintained & close to many amenities.
My experience with living at Avana Dublin Station has been great thus far. I've been here for three weeks now and I love my apartment and the community. The look and design of my unit is great, and the amenities are an added bonus. I'm very happy with my decision to lease my luxury unit!
Great community and awesome management. Give a try and I'm sure you would love it.
Good community. My only concern is the concierge problems and mailing system when some times the mailing doors are open and Im afraid the mail will get lost. , other than that, all good to live in the Avana community.
I came to Avana Dublin Station from another local community that had horrendous plumbing issues in the midst of this pandemic. As a frontline worker I told the management team here my predicament and that I was looking to move in to a new community as soon as possible. Management was extremely sympathetic and helped guide me through selecting the right unit as well as fully answered all my questions and any concerns. Diane and Lakeisha were a godsend at a time when I needed it most. Diane even said, we just want you to enjoy your life here, which meant a lot to me during these difficult times and shows Avanas commitment to fostering a welcoming and safe community.
Just not a place to call home. Very corporate, weird rules. Hard to get answers. Only reccomend for closeness to freeway. Not a place to stay forever.
Staff is great. Location is great. Unit was filthy upon moving. Current unit was the second option because the first was even worse than this one. Quality and standards of building materials and construction methods are completely inadequate. Noise, noise, noise. I have literally been in my bathroom quietly at night and can hear the upstairs tenant urinating in the toilet above me. This is compounded with constant thunderstorm type noises of footsteps and every day life of tenants above. Even with headphones on during meetings as I work from home. Not the tenants fault as we have discussed this one on one. Added layer(s) of drywall and/or insulation (if there is any) to the ceilings would help major sound issues throughout the community. I have talked to multiple residents that experience this issue. The owners/builders/investors should be ashamed of themselves for how cheaply and subpar this community was built. The management staff has to deal with complaints and issues that never should be complaints or issues to begin with. Especially since it is not their fault. This MAJOR issue for MANY units here could be solved by common sense building methods, proper construction ethics, and not with cost savings and the almighty dollar as the driving goal.
The staff @ Avana Dublin Station (ADS) has been extremely helpful & supportive since the day I signed my lease. Im so glad I made the decision to move to this awesome apartment/home complex.
Look before you buy. You must see your unit more thoroughly before leasing. Do not sign the lease you are provided before viewing. The ceilings are paper thin. Overall looks great but made of low quality material/items. Unit was absolutely filthy. Multiple bulbs, cabinetry, bathroom parts, all very low quality or missing or broke. Stained carpets after TWO shampoos. Pre covid this would all be below standard. So at time of now is extremely concerning. Great location. Nice garage option. Excellent internet options with Comcast. Friendly staff and easy to talk to.
I like the apartment, not the office mgmt
great place to live overall

Hi Verified R., Thank you so much for your positive comments about Avana Dublin Station! We hope to see you around soon! Kind Regards, Avana Dublin Station Team
Apartments are not nearly as up kept and modernized as front lobby would lead you to believe.
good location. Crappy remodel. Incompetent staff.
Overpriced for the quality of the building. Fresh appliances and interior masks the poor state of repair of the buildings.
I have needed maintenance several times and the office personal and maintenance team has done an excellent job at fixing the problem in a timely manner. Thank you!
My wife and I have been residents for a little over a month and we love it. Our layout is beautiful and the complex is clean and quiet. Friends and family have said the same as well and we couldnt be happier with our decision to live here!
I would not recommend
The staff here in Avana Dublin Station has five star customer service, they are always helpful, fast in replying back to our needs. I would recommend this apartment complex
I was a bit desapointed 5 days after my arrival as I received a package and the content was stolen - I found an empty package at my door- I did not receive any compensation for that beside a promise to a have a concierge account- I never gave this address to receive a package honestly after that- but other than that the personal (Crystal and Kyla are the bests) were very professional and made my stay much enjoyable. Thank you for keeping this comunity very clean and well maintained.
Great apartment complex with friendly and helpful community management. Service issues are fix quickly.
Maintenance and Location are the highlights of Avana Dublin....
Signing our lease and moving into Avana was quick, easy, and seamless. I couldn't be happier with our decision to move to the new community.
Avana Dublin Station has friendly and efficient staff. The amenities are excellent and well maintained. The gated complex feels very safe.
Avana Is a community to live . Beautiful community, cheerful staff , helpful always with a smile always. We have lived here for more than four and half years , that itself says , how much we love living here.
I have not been happy with the number of service calls and all the things that have not worked properly. Also the construction noise was unbearable.
You get what you pay for here! Location is tin the heart of Dublin. Great walking distance to local groceries, stores, and gas stations. Literally a minute away from the freeway. Within walking distance towards the Iron Hose Trail for a great walk. The Avana Dublin Station is where I call home. The Management team has a resident first attitude!

Having lived here now for the past 8 years I can attest to the value of living here. The location is perfect with easy access to Bart, 680 and 580. The community is safe and clean. he green spaces are the best in town and well maintained all year around. The pool and BBQ areas are unmatched period! The apartments are all being redone with modern flooring and appliances. The garages come in two sizes. I have the large and get get my motorcycle and car in with storage items as well. The office staff is outstanding and they really go above an beyond to to assist all residence. The maintenance staff is top notch and fixes issues and leaves the apartments clean after. I highly recommend this complex as a safe, clean family and pet friendly environment,

Long term residents like yourself; let us know that ADS is truly a home and not just an apartment. It is our pleasure to do all we can to make your home a happy, comfortable, and memorable one! ~Team ADS
The inside payout and floor plans are airy and high ceilings but as soon as you step out of your appartment, you face dirty smelly carpets, entrance to elevators are disgusting, dirty, over filled trash cans, smelly. Trash areas on each floors are smelly and dirty all the time. Their lobby area have a TV which is installed so high up that even sitting on the sofa, you are sure to get a bad neck pain. Lobby areas sofas are hardly cleaned up. Their A/C system in the lobby area is wierd, its so freezing out n the lobby area that its hard to sit in there without a jacket for any resident. Its for the residents but the Manager always feels hot so she turns it up high and has even put a lock on it and keeps the keys to herself. In the gym arae there is hardly any water 5 days a week. Weekends cant guarantee. Plus there is a hand sanitizer but no sanitizer in it. TVs on the machines hardly works. Business center they have a fax/scanner, but that doesnt work. Only the copier works. They say its a gated community but then anyone can get in as they leave the doors wide open during their business hours, so anyone can walk in even i where the residents live. Just a few months back, residents found homeless people living in the lobby area after their business hours. if this is security well then OK.
