This is a well run building with newer siding, good ventilation, newer windows, and a dedicated on site manager. They run a tight ship here. It is very conveniently located.
Avonlea Apartments is an old building in need of all new updates. It really needs far better management Hallway carpeting smells and the manager does not clean up carpet stains and rarely cleans.
