Bay Island at Harbor Point

New Management and owners are okay. This is not a good area my car was broken into I hear gunshots quite often. I haven’t even finished my lease yet and have been counting the days till I move out. I’ve had pest control come once a week since the day I moved in. I still see roaches almost daily. How do you not have this roach problem under control?

Bay Island Apartments are quiet. The property mgr. Laura is a very excellent property mgr. She really helped improved the property overall. We have lived here for years. There were other property managers who worked here. They were beyond horrible. They didn't care about the property or residents. Since Bay Island hired mgr. Laura. Living here has been excellent. All maintenance requests completed on time. The grounds like alot nicer. Cameras were installed. No one is hanging out. Quiet place. We were going to a Landmark Property before Bay Island hired Laura as the property mgr. So we stayed and sign another year lease. No regrets.

I really want to love this place. The office staff is sweet and helpful when I visit. However, I’m only on month 2 and already looking forward to NOT renewing this lease. I’ve reached out to corporate numerous times now in regards to a billing issue with no word back from even a robot. Im a busy single mother who runs a business I need to trust that when I handle my end they’re going to handle theirs. And that is not the case. Do not recommend.

Love this place! Laura in the office is amazing. Work orders have been taken care of quickly.

Recently I’ve noticed that management has been putting a lot of work into this property. The buildings were just painted, a dog park put in, and there is a beautiful stone BBQ area by the pool. Will the maintenance guys works hard to keep things picked up and clean. The front desk lady is very nice and always helpful. I love it here.

I love this apartment complex. I am a single mom with 3 kids and I feel nothing but comfort living here. I love the office lady Claudia. She’s always there and always answers the phone when I call. Ive had very little maintenance problems that was INSTANTLY fixed within minutes.

I have lived here for about a year now and am about to renew my lease. I like that we live near the lake and that it is very quiet. I really like the Rebecca the new apartment manager because she is always on top of any issue you may have. The maintenance staff is awesome as well.

Really enjoy living just down the street from my job(: also like my neighbors they are not loud or cause any problems, staff is helpful & are always attentive & like the promotion I received when I signed w/bay islands which included a 40 in screen tv! & also love the view of the lake!

I have lived here for about four months and have had no problems. The manager is really nice and works to stay on top of your request. The maintence here is also very nice and works hard to fix your problems.

When we first moved in it was a womderful place to live. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. Since the new management has taken over they have made two major mistakes on my account and even though their employees admitted the mistakes they tried to charge me late fees and on one of them they almost evicted us. yhey have always been rude and not helpful at all. Both of those employees were fired and I never received an apology. I also have birds nest on the landing that is right over my doorstep and constantly deal with bird fecies by my door and im told they cant due anything about it. The list just goes on unfortunately.
