Luxe 1930

Took a tour with my girlfriend today and we really like this place. Savanna the manager showed us around she was very nice, informative, and professional. Everything was nice and clean which was a pleasant surprise, as every other place we’ve toured lately is dirty and not well taken care of. This was our favorite tour by far and Luxe 1930 is on the top of our list for our move coming up in a few months. Thanks for the awesome tour savanna!

My mom lives here and I visit her often, and I just want to say this is one of the nicest cleanest complexes I’ve ever been to. The property is always clean and the girls in the office are so sweet! I haven’t met maintenance, but my mom loves them and says they take great care of her. It makes me so happy and gives me peace of mind to know that my mom is living in a great place with people who truly care about her.

I absolutely love my new apartment! The two big bedrooms are perfect for my needs, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind. The in-unit washer and dryer are a total game-changer – no more hauling laundry around! The amenities are fantastic too. I enjoy using the pool and fitness center regularly. They’re always clean and well-maintained. Plus, there's a wonderful dog park that my dog, Rocco, absolutely loves. It’s great to have a convenient place for him to play and socialize. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Highly recommend this place!

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and I just have to say, I couldn't find a better place to live! The girls in the office, Sophia and Savannah are the best! They are so nice, helpful, and put really fun events together every month. Maintenance is also amazing. I've only ever had to put in 2 work orders for very minor things, and they came the same day both times and fixed it right away! My dog loves the bark park and he has so much fun playing with the other dogs in the complex. The gym is really nice and has everything I need for a good work out. I also love that its 24 hours because my schedule is always changing. Everyone I've met here is so nice, and it's so peaceful here. The location is awesome being so close to the freeway, and the gates are a huge plus. They also don't charge any amenity fees or hidden fees like every other place does. I've looked at other apartments recently just out of curiosity because I love randomly researching things, and there really isn't anything that comes close to Luxe 1930. Overall, the customer service is top notch, the complex is beautiful with great amenities, and my renovated apartment is perfect! Would recommend to anyone 100000/10!

I just had to share how much I'm loving living at Luxe 1930 Apartments in Mesa. First off, the staff is super cool and friendly. Sophia and Savannah have been a huge help with everything, from move-in to any random questions I've had. It's just nice to feel like they've got my back. The location is a big plus. I feel totally safe here, which was a big deal for me when I was looking for a place. Plus, there's so much cool stuff around, like restaurants and shops, so I never run out of things to do. I spend a ton of time at the pool—it's like my mini-vacation spot. Always clean and well-kept, and it's the perfect place to chill and soak up the sun. The fitness center is also a big win for me. I've been trying to get in better shape, and having it right here makes it way easier to stick to my routine. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the team has been on top of it. Super quick and efficient, which I appreciate. No waiting around for stuff to get fixed—it's always done in no time. Oh, and can we talk about the apartments? They've got this modern vibe that I love, with all these cool upgrades that make the place feel really high-end. It's like my little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. All in all, Luxe 1930 Apartments has been an awesome find for me. If you're looking for a place in Mesa, I'd totally recommend checking them out.

The front desk staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the resident events and activities. Always something fun going on.

You would think it would be loud because it's by the freeway but it's actually very quiet.

The property managers are very diligent and the apartments are up to date and spacious.

First things first, remember to take reviews with a grain of salt. Especially since some reviews may have been rushed without thought to win a Bingo reward. The apartment is average. It's the minimum you should expect when renting a place. Has appliances for everyday life and a bit of space. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t some downsides. Depending on your neighbors or the area, it might be a bit smelly due to the dispensary not too far away at times or coming from your neighbors. Noise can also be an issue at times though not as often. The maintenance team is mostly good at times responding to issues. However, the cheapness of some appliances and furnishing, and the average craftsmanship done probably causes half their issues. Creatures may crawl out of your walls and drains or even through your front door. Luckily, you can request someone to come spray and things. Either due to luck or coincidence I have never seen anything done outside in the whole complex done for pests. Speaking of the outside, the yard crew maintenance is a bit weird. They seem to be good at blowing leaves off the sidewalk, but then it just piles up at times and there are weeds around. Also, entire bushes seem to have been cut down to possibly reduce maintenance costs instead of just trimming them. The place is fine for pets. Though often have neighbors leaving their pet’s business around. The back gate used to work and was closed for no reason. Probably to save maintenance costs as the gates occasionally seem to break. It makes a bit of inconvenience having to exit through the front always. Also, some reason it still doesn’t have a no exit sign after several months, so still occasionally see cars getting stuck there and having to turn around. The Amazon hub locker is useful, though depending on the delivery person they might just ignore it. A patio screen shade was added to some apartments, so adds a bit of security and shading though not easy to clean it. If you work a normal weekday job, then you probably won’t be able to make any of the community events. Some of the food truck events they have had, had some of the most stale, overpriced food I have seen. Lastly, the rent increases for no reason and seems just to match the market so expect to be moving out.

It is an amazing place to live and everyone is so nice.

I’ve lived here for 6 months so far. Some reviews scared me as they mentioned stuff always going on here. When we applied everyone at front office kept in communication with us. I can 100% say there has been no issue or outside activities that have made me or my family feel unsafe here. Many places for pets and has dog park. Reserved parking spots is a plus. All my request for maintenance have been done within 24-48hrs but typically done within that 24 hr window. My daughters 1st birthday was in July and we found a goody bag from the office staff on our door for her. Very friendly property. :)

I recently moved into Luxe 1930 and so far, it has been my best living experience! The ladies in the office are so sweet and friendly! I had a very minor issue in my apartment after I moved in, and maintenance came by within the hour to fix it. I am beyond impressed with this place and can't wait to renew my lease already!!

Stay away!! My apartment was broken into twice in the span of 6 months. The front gate was often broken. Super noisy neighbors and the staff does not do anything to actually prevent it, even if you complain numerous times, they’ll just say they reminded them of quiet hours. Lots of neighbors smoke weed as well and the smell comes through. 0/10.

Hands down the best apartment complex I've lived at. They really take care of their residents. My unit was upgraded and beautiful. It even came with the "Nest" and Low Energy appliances and toilets. Maintenance were always there to help 24 hrs and in a timely manner. I had very few issues living there. They made you feel at home and had community gatherings before COVID which was nice. The front desk personnel were always helpful from start to finish - they didn't treat you like a number after you signed. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Resident at Luxe 1930 for 2 years. We have had mixed feelings about Luxe 1930 but had an overall positive experience living here. Most of the issues have happened because the gate rarely works. There was one night that a man got beat up outside our building. We went to help the poor guy and made sure that we stayed with him until paramedics arrived. Additionally we have noticed many non residents using the community amenities like the pool and the gym. We've never had a direct problem with any of these people, but they need to regularly update gate code and maintenance the gate so that they can prevent this. We also had an incident with a resident who stole a package from outside our door. We questioned them and long story short, they had been receiving our mail along with theirs and throwing it away/selling it on Facebook marketplace. We got the police involved and have not had problems since but it was a pain to deal with. Saving grace for this complex is that the units are really nice for the price that you pay and on-site maintenance/management is very good. Management frequently holds resident appreciation events like Wine-Down Wednesdays and contests where residents can win prizes.Some people have complained about the area being sketchy but we have personally loved the location because it is great for commuting pretty much anywhere in the Phoenix area. If the gate gets regular maintenance and amenities get updated codes monthly, this will be one of the best place to live in Mesa Pros: Units are beautiful Management/Maintenance is great Cons: Gate Limited parking

My wife and a recently seperated and sold our house. Finding an apartment, I thought was going to be difficult. However, I had such an easy selection after viewing 6-8 different apartment complexes. I selected Luxe 1930 in Northeast Mesa, AZ. After being here happily for a few months now, I can not say enough about the office staff, especially Lindsey. They assisted very much in making my moving experience stress-free. Jacob Sonnett

This is by far the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is so nice and the place is always kept so well maintained! Not only that the events they offer make it feel like a close community. Very impressed overall.

The complex is absolutely amazing, you put in a maintenance request and it is handled within hours. The front office staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. My husband and I have never felt so welcome in an apartment complex and we truly feel like this is home

This complex has been absolutely really great for me and my small family. Our 2bedroom with its walk in closets, laundry storage, and patio storage room have been so helpful. Maintenance is always very quick to help and complete the jobs thoroughly. It is an apartment so keep in mind that while things may look nice the materials used are often cheap. Our bathtubs are sparkling white but after a few showers we started noticing the surface peeled off and the old yellow tub they painted over came through. Cabinets are nice but the doors have fallen off and more than once. With that said, as mentioned above, maintenance has always been right on top of repairs. They will come spray for bugs any time you ask (I have a major fear of roaches and beetles and I have them come pretty regularly just to calm my nerves- only saw a few weird beetle things while living here). The Cons? Parking kinda sucks. You can pay for "VIP" extra spots but people will park in them all the time and all you can do is have them towed. It sucks being that person. There is no indication if a spot is paid for or not so people just assume they are all open. The gym is really great but equipment is broken pretty frequently. I don't think the hot tub has ever worked. The gates to the community are almost always broken. The mythical dog park has been talked about for at least 2 years (as of 2017) and it is still not completed. BUT if you are looking for a clean complex with friendly neighbors and reliable maintenance people, close to everything, then this is the place for you!

i won't bother doing this if I don't get so annoyed about the flies. This is a fly catcher we put on our balcony for two weeks. Not to mention I constantly killing flies inside the house. We have a baby at home so we clean our floor two or three times a week and throw trash (diaper!!!!) as often as we can. We lived in tow complexes before we moved in this place and had baby for seven moths before we moved in and we NEVER had that many bugs we have seen in this two months. If the leasing office is always listening our comments and responded our email more on time, I wouldn't bother write this review and take this disgusting picture, but I really don't know what to do because leasing office is not doing their job right. So if you are pleasant to have so many flies accompanying you, welcome to LUXE 1930!

My roommate and I loved the layout and price, so we thought we could overlook the sketchy area and questionable residents. A few months into our lease, and we are planning on leaving as soon as the lease is up. There is a constant change in management, and maintenance has required "mandatory" entrance over 8 times in a few months, that can't be refused or rescheduled. Also, we suspect they are coming in without permission, as we recently found paint on our refrigerator door when we came home from work, after they began painting outside. Emily, who works in the office, is the only thing this apartment complex has going for it. She is very professional, and I believe, overqualified to work here. My roommate was almost car-jacked leaving the complex. It really is a shame, because the layout is perfect for our needs. However, I'm tired of the lack of privacy with so many mandatory entrances for "emergency" reasons. Would not recommend .

Roomy apartment, lots of kitchen cabinets. When maintenence is needed they are prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

Location is close to shopping and freeways (202 and 101). Maintenance is quick to respond when needed. The office staff is super friendly. Being a gated community in the area is a huge plus.

The manager and the front desk are very nice and very helpful. The maids are very nice and take care of problems right away. I recommend for everybody to stay over there.
