Not smoke free.
Smoking is allowed on this property except in common areas on main floor. Smoking is allowed in apt, on balcony and on the grounds. Smoke drifting into hallway and non smoking apts is very bad. If you have asthma or respiratory concerns this is not the place for you. Also problems with bedbugs, mice and noise. Best thing about this place is the management tries hard to make improvements.
