Property Ratings at Bel-Oak Apartments
I have been living here for 4yrs. I live in a 2bedroom 2bathroom with a deck. It is peaceful a nice. I look forward to living here for more years to come.
Apartment not bad, but the management is arrogant, no respect for tenants and you won't get deposit back as they will point as lot of damages, cleaning etc which is ridiculous! Management sucks!, I won't suggest this apartments if you wanna save some money on rent..
We have cleaned apartment perfectly, but still they said we did not clean properly and they did not return our deposit back. Deposit was 900$. If you want to save ur money then don't prefer these apartments.
My apartment is really nice, considering it's the size of a small house. I have 2 Bed 2 Bath about 1200 sq foot. Love this place. The only thing is that the sound ordinance isn't that strictly enforced. You tell management and they talk to the people making the noise but that is as far as it goes. Otherwise this place is a great place to live. I've lived here over 9 years and have no intention of moving any time soon.
