Property Ratings at Blue Oak Court
The apartment and property are clean and kept up on. I love the layout of the apartment and the washer and dryer hook ups. Its quiet here and the staff is friendly and attentive to tenants.
Since the new manager Sarah started last year things have drastically changed for the better. There is still work to be done, but they are aware of past management neglect and they work hard every day. I even see Sarah out and about getting her hands dirty. I would recommend this place to live for anybody that has children or a single person as well it’s great all around and is the best apartment community in Anderson hands down- it has many amenities including laundry hook ups dishwashers and also has a pool and a full-size playground would recommend to anybody.
Blue Oaks has become a haven for the Homeless to hangout with their Druggie friends whom live there. Even APD is aware of some of the residents and their street names. Too bad management is more about the bottom line than having a safe and drug free environment. If your looking for a safe, family type place to move to, STOP and Look some where else
This apartment complex is pretty awesome. They have 10 apartment buildings that are all two stories. Each building has 8 apartments. The buildings are either 2,3, or 4 bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a stove, built in microwave, refrigerator, laundry hookups for a washer/ dryer and a large bathroom. They have a locked gated pool and a pretty awesome playground for the kids. Onsite laundry room too. These are low income and HUD approved. They have a waiting list and do background checks too. Close to shopping, movie theater, and an outlet mall. They have an onsite manager and a maintenance man onsite too.
My experience with this apartment is overall good. The management is super nice, and easy to work with. They keep the complex clean. There is a good community here. When problems arise they do there best to handle it quickly and efficiently. The rent is reasonable. They have a pool and laundry room, and little gym. So I would say its overall a great place to live.
Very nice and clean, friendly manager and good maintence. Kid friendly and family .. Love living here
