Property Ratings at 130 Bowdoin St (BostonView Apartments)
I will be staying in the apartment as long as I possibly can. This building is maintained with a team that regularly upkeeps every aspect of the building. The concierge is so kind and helpful and available 24/7. Additionally the property manager is great and supportive to everyone in the building. The common spaces are perfect and such a necessary thing to make the most of the building. The laundry room is clean and well maintained and I never have too much of an issue getting an open machine. This building feels very safe and all of the residents have seemed kind. There is no better location in the city than this apartment here. Maybe be careful on this side in the actual commons at night but that is normal. The apartment is an older building but as a clean freak, the units are incredible. I have never seen a bug or anything and the space is perfect for 2 people and even a pet. Every person I tell about this building genuinely asks me how I got so lucky. There is no better location in the city for the price and space you get. On top of that, the natural light we get through our windows is also hard to come by in boston!!
Great location in beacon hill! Spacious living room and bedroom with ample closet space. Concierge 24/7, all staff very friendly and accommodating. Roof deck has beautiful views.
Excellent location, wonderful views, half decent actual building, slightly older amenities, but the location makes up for it all. The Roof deck is what will sell you on the building, but once you live there you'll forget about it in a few months... but the people are nice and the guys that work at the front desk are really good people.
Moved in a couple months ago. The apartment was perfectly clean, the flooring was newly finished. If you have a problem, property management will fix it that day, leaving a note on your door telling you what was worked on. Perfect location, amazing roofdeck, and rent is well below the average price for Beacon Hill.
