Great place to live, Melissa and the staff do a great job. Close to downtown Cary park & lots of restaurants, pretty quiet area. Well kept property

Good environment . Rent is moderate. Service is quick and neighborhood is calm Swimming pool and gym house are also there. Walking on the street is like walking through the forest

So far so good. Fast response and resolution from maintenance, great neighbors, great neighborhood. If I had one complaint is that sometimes its a little difficult to reach someone in the front office. But if you're persistent enough, you will get through.

Has been a pleasure staying at this community, nice amenities and features and quick access to Trails. Activity and neighbor connect could have been better

The community is close to everything, 5 mins from downtown Cary park. My area is quiet. Office is responsive and maintenance is quick. They have a new gym and brand new equipment

Staff was friendly and informative. My overall move in experience was easy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the apartments are spacious and modern. We look forward to raising our children here. I'm happy to call boundary village home!

Speedy response with emergency problems. Staff was helpful when it came to property rules and regulations. Grounds are kept pretty much clean.

The resident experience was great. The application process was simple, the leasing office was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend boundary village to others. The property is clean and well maintained. The unit I moved into was very welcoming.

I rented a renovated unit; unfortunately, on the first day of living, I discovered that it doesn’t have hot water for showering, the stove doesn’t work well, a dirty kitchen ceiling, a refrigerator that did not close properly, which caused food to spoil in the freezer, a toilet seat that moved a little bit from its place, bathroom walls that were not completely painted, and the bathroom with some walls that were not painted in a uniform color. After living in an apartment for more than sixty days, the nice technicians fixed most of the things. But there were still problems with the refrigerator; the kitchen ceiling only covered some dirt, used a type of colored spray, and not painted the entire ceiling. The results are that each part is a different color than the others, which is not nice, and the bathroom walls still need paint touch. but  The property manager said everything is fixed, but unfortunately it’s not.

Fortunate to have 2 lovely neighbors that I met on my first day. Neighborhood seems peaceful, it’s nice to hear the kids playing outside and riding bikes. You don’t really see that anymore, it tells me this is a safe neighborhood.

The community is very nice and safe place to live. The ladies at the leasing office and maintenance gentlemen have been very nice and professional every time I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend Boundary Village to anyone.

Some neighbors are a little inconsiderate.(,blasting music, parking where they shouldnt,etc) but the renovated apartments are very nice and majority of days are pretty quiet here.

Very cozy and enjoyable but there is few critters around the house but nothing major I would really recommend boundary village apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home

They are responsive and have become much better at answering phone calls. They seem to care about the residents and their safety and their comfort.

It's great quite peaceful, a family neighborhood lots of kids for our daughter to play with,and very nice neighbors, a great place also close to my daughters school.

I have been at Boundary Village as a resident for 3 yrs. Its quiet, accessible to community resources, and a safe place to live. The neighbors are fairly nice. Good schools very close to home. They also have amenities such as outside grills that are good to use in the summer. You can't beat the price and location. Maintenance is always on site. They respond in a timely manner.

I am going on two years living at Boundary Village. I have had no issues. Very quite nice neighborhood! I have never had any issues…the staff is wonderful.

Recently moved in after coming from a subpar community and loving it here. All my neighbors are super friendly and helpful. The staff is nothing like I've seen before in all my years of living in communities. Looks like I may stay a while.

service is good and most of repairs are made in a timely fashion. the grounds are kept up very well, the staff is also very friendly. with the continuance of upgrades the area and the buildings i would stay here for quite awhile.

I love the location!!!! Great price and size for the area. If you have kids you can feel assured that you are very safe in this neighborhood!

Boundary village is a great place to live. The staff is helpful maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems that arise. It's very quiet the neighbors are courteous it's just a wonderful place to live.

Been here for almost 9months now and I absolutely love it! The few issues that I have had, maintenance has responded promptly and resolved the issues very fast.

This apartment complex is great, they are very reliable, and efficient. Friendly staff, and always willing to help out when they can. Haven’t had any issues for the past year I’ve been living here. No complaints at all

Living here with my adolescent son has been a great experience. We feel heard by the staff at Boundary Village, I also know they care about us tenants. My son has left his keys at home while he gets home 2 hours prior to me, he went to the office and let them know he was locked out, they walked him to the house to make sure he was inside the apartment so that he feels safe. I am glad I made the descision to resign my lease.

I have lived at Boundary Village for a little over 5 years and I really like it. My neighborhood is quite, except for the few children that play outside during the Summer months. Maintenance responds quickly and they are doing a lot of updates. Next year there will be a gym and the pool is salt water and never crowded. I plan on staying until I leave NC or buy a house. I'm very comfortable here. Of course, there will always be a few hiccups but overall, I would recommended it.

Good neighbors, good staff, and safe neighborhood. I love that lawn care comes on a regular basis to keep the property looking clean. The property manager Melissa is amazing!

Affordable and spacious apartments! The renovations are such a nice touch. I'm loving the kitchen specifically, especially the counter tops. Can't wait to cook in there!

Overall a wonderful area and home! Other residents have made it a little hard to comfortable settle into new home but that's too be expected in any neighborhood.

The apartment complex seems randomly ran. BUT the staff is friendly. I'm not understanding the owners of the complax and the random rules they have. And the upgrades they did to the outside of the building is falling apart.

I like the neighborhood, its quiet, everyone is to themselves for the most part. I love my kitchen, size of my bedroom and back patio area, although I wish there was a water hose hookup. Overall, not a terrible place to live.

Amenities are very less but the place is clean and good. Maintenance is also fine . The area is peaceful and neighborhood is peaceful . It’s a good place to move in , except for the fact that amenities are not to be expected

I live in boundary village for 9 years I never had a late rent payment. 2 years ago we transferred to a 3 bedroom unit. They did not replace the carpet, they gave me a dirty stove and the vinyl floor of the kitchen and bathrooms were stained. Now when I move out they are charging me an excessive prices. For example: removing nail polish on the countertop, when I moved here the countertops were burned. and another thing they are liars because the manager told me that they clean the stove after he said that they had to buy a new stove. At this point a didn't believe them anymore. For the future residents at boundary village when they rent a unit, please take pictures of everything when you first step on the apartment because when you move they will charge you for things that you always request to change but they never wanted to do it. Please think twice before renting in boundary village!

I just moved out after 2 years and 1 month. I would still be living here if my roommate did not leave to live with his girlfriend. The front office is the best I have ever worked with. They are quick to fix any issues you have, and on your schedule. I read one of the post below, and they have a website and a phone number to contact maintenance anytime of day. I have had to use it once. I am sad I had to leave, but glad to have lived here to understand how a front desk and community should be!

Boundary Village is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The management is top of the line and always address any concerns I have quickly and efficiently. They always strive to make my experience living here as pleasant as possible. They are always professional and friendly. The maintenance team always responds to any problems swiftly. I have not had any problems with any if the neighbours and they are all friendly and willing to help when help is needed.

I am a resident of the apartment and there is some security reasons that is causing me to not to be able to live in the area anymore. I have a child, and she is not able to run around and play in the area, as other cars pass through don't drive with sense, there are drug deals going on in the eyes, it's no hidden thing. The staff is nice and will work with you, but it's the situation that gets to me. I would love to get outside and play with my child, but not able to at all. The bugs are coming into the home, such as centipedes, there are snakes that be at the door, and in the bunch of leaves and pine needles, the trees and maintenance of the area is not well maintained. I like to sit outside, but can't because of the mosquitos that are real bad in the front and back.

The office hours listed are a lie. They don't open until 10 am. If there is an issue and you need maintenance before the office opens good luck. I've lived here for a year and said I'd pay for a fence to be added to my townhouse. I was originally supposed to have a fence but they gave me 2 different addresses before I even moved in. And Everutime I ask they say they will get back to me. The office workers need to find a new career choice. Possibly one with less responsibilities.
