BEST THERE Is For The Money In B-Town?
W/D Hook-up is a great feature. LOW-No Drama & LOW-No Crime. Good neighbors. Staff is GREAT, Exceptionally Good attitudes. Been here two years; happy to stay.

Nice Place to Live
I have lived here for a few years. The staff has changed but thats for the better. I have talked to the office staff a few times and they are great. I really like the ranch style apartments and the washer and dryer hookups.

Staff is amazing! Pet friendly. I have two dogs and no weight limit. The move was smooth.

Good value for the price
As a retired person, I find the apartments to be affordable. Maintenance is very timely when you call for repairs. The office personnel is very friendly and easy to work with. If you like to bike or walk, the B Line Trail is 3 blocks away, and if you like to skate, the ice arena is within 2 blocks.

Lots of space, great price. Maintenance is timely about fixing things. Close to all the great things in town.
