The place in a very dangerous area, a motel right next to the apartment has a lot of drug dealing and prostitution going on. Another issue, is the roaches and dirty apartments. It's very obvious they don't clean the apartments when you move in. There was condiment packages, roaches, and just grime all on the floors, etc. There is a lot of theft and issues that occur also. The office staff are pretty nice people, but some issues, like the broken gates and roaches were never addressed. If you speak with them about these issues, they shut you down. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here.

DONT go living here. The neighborhood is the worst, you hear constant gunshots at night almost everynight. Gates are always broken so they stay open. Office never answers the phone you have to literally get up and go in the office so they can speak with you. On top of that people over here breaking car windows and stealing. I 100% don’t recommend these apartments.

This was one of the WORST experiences i’ve EVER gone through. Someone continuously tried to break into my apartment, vandalized my vehicle & they don’t even care. I would give a negative 5 stars if i could but i can’t. Angela & Ana were the only good things about those apartments they tried to help me but as far as safety goes do not move here:

THE WORST apartments. First of all, apartments are in a bad neighborhood and the gates are always broken so anybody has access to the apartments. Secondly, all the amenities are unavailable. No gym, no pool, nothing! Last of all, management is terrible! There are always new people working here so there is no consistency. They say one thing but then mean another. For my first time renting apartments i am so displeased with these apartments and cannot wait to move out. I definitely do not recommend these apartments to anyone.

This is a place of peace, the best escape route for when others dont understand the life you choose to live. A happy home doesn't even begin to describe this place. Raising a newborn isn't easy when you got more noise than you can handle,but being here in this area knowing that you are in control is what sets your life long story and creates long term goals and memories!!! This is truly a great HOME improvement.
