Fairfield Village At Coram

My experience here is an absolute blessing . Dawn ,the leasing agent has gone above and beyond for me . I have a disability and she was sensitive to my needs She was so kind and considerate in explaining everything I needed to know about renting here at Fairfield. I was accommodated in so many extraordinary ways. It is so refreshing to be treated with such respect. I do not feel stigmatized in any way .

They do look nice on the surface, but there are constant rent increases. There are insect issues, and for certain no matter how much in advance you plan to move-out they will charge you an additional month and you will have to fight for your deposit no matter how clean you kept the place or if you had a short-term lease.

This is my first time renting an apartment. Dawn the manager and Ava were so helpful and made my experience enjoyable. I was shown my exact unit and got all the information I needed. I can’t wait to move into my new home.

My friend and I were having a hard time finding apartments near Stony Brook. When we came to look at the Fairfield Village at Coram we were greeted with a bunch of help and information by Dawn. The application process was done very quickly and efficiently making it painless. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. The apartment looks brand-new and had no issues. There is plenty of storage and closet space which is hard to find these days. Overall, I would definitely recommend looking at Fairfield Village.

Moved into a one a bedroom apartment here and it’s been great! Dawn was so helpful in helping us find an apartment that fits our needs and she was flexible with the move in dates. Whole apartment was spotless, new appliances, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Lots of closet space. Great amenities including a pool. Quiet neighborhood. Free and easy to find parking is also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Everything is great! Only downside is that the parking could be better but other than that I have no complaints. Really like it here so far

Was referred to dawn this morning she told me to come right in I viewed the property today as this use to be a brook wood property Fairfield has turned this place around all new roofs all new windows upgraded pool stainless Appliances and much much more.looking forward for the clubhouse to be finished.

I love this place. It’s nice and beautiful the room are nice sized renovations are amazing all stainless steele appliances marble floors and granite counter tops. Love It! I met with dawn she made the process easy so we put in our application today. Looking forward to moving in to this great community.

For starters I have to say I love the area. I contacted Fairfield Coram and spoke to Dawn. She was very quick to get back to me and also attentive. My husband and I came to see the apartments the next day. The apartment was lovely, clean, smelled fresh and felt cozy because of the brand new rugs. The customer service was also great, I didn’t have to wait at all. Overall this place gats 5 starts for me.

I met with Dawn who is so welcoming and full of fun energy. She gave me a lot of advice and helped me out to the fullest. I move in soon and I am so excited to start my new journey here, such a beautiful and calm place to rent.

Called Dawn at 11 am, saw the property by 1 pm and signed an application by 2! Great property with nice carpets and a beautiful kitchen! Lots of closet space and a hotel bathroom! Very professional and well kept! Excited to see more! Looking forward to my approval!

If you have a family DO NOT live here! The leasing agent will lie to you and mislead you upon moving in and then treat you like garbage once you’ve signed. Nothing but drug deals and overdoses where the kids play. Cops are here all the time. Customer service is non existent. If you want to break your lease you have to pay thousands of dollars.

If you have a family, I ask you please look to live elsewhere so you don't have to put your kids through what we have. Drug addicts overdosed on the middle of the courtyards, police busting down neighbors doors to arrest them in the middle of the night, obvious drug deals in parking lots and much more. Kids can't even play in the courtyards anymore due to fear of needles. Hopefully this review saves you from putting your children through a tramatic living experience.

We were here last year looking and decided to come back. The upgrades were lovely. Met with dawn today happy to see the properties are completed. Can’t wait to be a part of the community.

It’s mine and my boyfriends first time really looking into renting and moving into a complex so it’s very overwhelming. When we went to our first Fairfield property, their leasing agent directed us to go see Dawn here in coram and we are so glad we did! She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and straight forward which we really appreciated. Melissa also made us feel at ease when we were in the leasing office as well. She was super down to earth and really made talking about the properties just feel like a discussion instead of having all facts about the place thrown at us. They were both funny and helpful and really gave us a great vibe of how the property was run. They answered all of our questions and were very down to earth. The whole property has been remodeled, most of the units are brand new and beautiful. We walked in and it instantly felt like home! We looked at about 8 other properties that day and after we looked here we knew this was it! Looking forward to making this our home !

We were here a year ago with Dawn and signed for an apartment. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were unable to take the apartment and backed out. Just this past Monday (Labor day) we called Dawn and of course she remembered us! She was able to not only accommodate our Holiday phone call but also stay later at the office and wait for us to travel there from work. She is truly accommodating and the complex is lovely, we can't wait to move in! Thanks Dawn!

Dawn had told me to come in the next day anytime after 10:30 A.M and which I did . When I arrived she told me to come right in and she showed me the apartment model I was applying for, which was very cozy , clean , and beautiful looking . Me and my son also loved the pool area and the manicured grass . I’ve been to over 6 different apartment listings within the month of August and the FAIRFIELD village is the only one who caught my attention . So dawn went ahead and put in the application and now I can’t wait to be apart of the FAIRFIELD Family . Thanks for all the help and answering all of my questions . : )

I called the property on Monday and was able to schedule a tour on Tuesday. We were helped by Dawn who was extremely nice and helpful! She answered all of our questions and took her time explaining every detail with us. The apartment itself looks gorgeous and spacious. Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom looks immaculate and modern. The entire property looks very well maintained and i'm super excited to become a future tenant.

I spoke to Dawn Friday night, and we set up and appointment for the next morning. The property was beautiful! Everything was clean, spacious and very inviting. We put in our application and cannot wait to move into this property soon!

Dawn sent me a text to go and take a look at the model 1 BR, the next day I went in and she was so friendly and welcoming! 2 days later I brought my fiancée with me to make our final decision & we were in and out with no problem! So excited to move into Bldg 19!!! Dawn is amazing, thank you again!!!!

I’m from Seattle, WA and I got accepted to Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. I recently flew to Long Island to figure out my living situation for the next four years. As anyone would be, I was extremely nervous in finding a good apt in a good community that I could call home for this next chapter of my life. I spent the entire day today going from one apt complex to another, and none of them, absolutely none of them made me feel at ease about the apt I was signing a lease for as Dawn did. Dawn’s the leasing agent at Fairfield Village at Coram. She made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire process. I can’t wait to finally move into my newly renovated apt, that I’m paying at a great price for! Dawn is so amazing at what she does, without me even asking she Rushed my application so that I could sign my lease and be all ready to go before I had to fly home. Honestly, anyone who needs an apt and is new to Long Island, come see Dawn and Fairfield Village At Coram!!

Spoke to Dawn on a business trip about finding an apartment. Looked at it 2 days later and was hooked. all the paperwork and arrangements were made from 300 miles away with not a single issue. The renovations were completed 2 days before moving in and was breath taking when we first walked in. We couldn't have made it happen without Dawn. All staff we have been in contact with has been friendly and considerate. I would recommend it to anyone moving to the area. A

My boyfriend and I were searching around for our first apartment we drove by Fairfield and figured we might as well try since we were in the area. We called the office and spoke to Dawn, and she told us to come on down even though we didn’t have an appointment. We saw the model for the one bedroom and we were blown away And really felt like this was going to be the perfect place for us. We spent almost an hour with Dawn, she was incredible, she made us feel so comfortable and made us really excited to be a part of the Fairfield community.

This entire place is so beautiful! Met with the rental manager Dawn. She is so professional and she is very good at what she does. Thank you Dawn for getting us into our new home! You are the best in the business. We are very pleased and so thankful!

My boyfriend and I applied for our first apartment today at the Fairfield Village it was very pretty and Dawn was incredibly helpful. She was willing to answer all our questions and even stayed late so we could get out applications in today. The property was beautiful with all new stainless steel appliances and was very clean. The area surrounding the apartments felt safe and the application process was so easy.

Just came back from our appointment and cannot express how happy we were with our experience. First of all, from the very beginning Dawn was super accommodating to our schedules and stayed late to help us. She was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable with living in this complex. Secondly, the complex itself is beautiful and you can definitely tell the care they took while renovating the property. The updates in the unit itself are amazing compared to a lot of other apartments out there. We can’t wait to hear back and hopefully live here!

I have been to so many apartments and have never been treated so great! Dawn treated my family like family as soon as we walked in! The service was immaculate. I can’t wait to be moved in to our beautiful brand new apartment because of the amazing service that was given by dawn!

We are so happy to be moving into this apartment complex. Dawn has been a gem the whole process. When we went for viewings back in November, we loved the apartments so much but wanted to scout around other complexes before we made our decision. Upon deciding that this place was definitely the one for us, we went back and the apartment we wanted had been leased one hour before our arrival. Being extremely disappointed and upset, Dawn worked with us and managed to find an apartment for us with a later move in date due to it needing renovations. Myself and my husband quickly snapped up this opportunity. She’s been an incredible person to work with and I cannot fault her or this complex in any way. Roll on the end of February so we can move into our beautiful new home.

Dawn was so incredibly helpful! After being stood up by another leasing agent in Ronkonkoma, and being told our appointment "fell through the cracks" my boyfriend and I were feeling really discouraged about finding an apartment. My broker told me about Fairfield and it seemed perfect. Literally that night we were able to meet with them. Dawn and Terrance were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Even stayed late to meet with us once we got out of work! They made the process so painless. Dawn helped me set up my PSEG account and was able to answer any questions we had. Couldnt believe how quick she was able to get us a lease. We are so excited to move in. The apartments are huge, completely up to date, and a great deal. Everyone we know who lives in the complex, whether in the town houses or apartments loves it.

I love the Fairfield Village at Coram and I had a great time signing up for the lease with Terrence during the March/April of 2018. I am so blessed to be in my new home and I enjoy every minute of the great amenities Fairfield has to offer. The Free Heat is amazing! The Stainless Steel Appliances! And the Great Laundry Room that is lowcost and I generally only frequent once a week is kept clean and usually has a fresh smell to it. The maintenance team are quick to help out incase there are any issues and there are tons of helping hands at the customer service dept for any issues or inquiries that you may have. Fairfield has transformed the Coram Village apartments with high end renovations inside and outside. Most of the people who live here work at Stony Brook or at other nearby hospitals and universities. The rental agents are friendly and helpful. Dawn and Terrence are awesome. The apartments are very big. The decks are very nice. There are lots of trees and it nice and peaceful. The new swimming pool is like being at a resort. The lifeguards are all great. Brian, Nick and Derek keep the pool spotless. I can’t wait for the fitness center and clubhouse to be renovated.

The exemplary attitude that I have seen as a result of the meeting of Terrence has shown me that Fairfield is #1. Ask for TERRENCE!

the brookwood apartments are very spacious. The rooms are a lot bigger than any in the area. Maintenance is always quick and helpful. However Coram is not a great place to live in. The people here are nice but we have had a few incidents here. Overall good for singles ir professionals but I don't think I would want to raise my kids here.

I live in the 1 bedroom section of these apartments and I have been happy. There are large open lawns between buildings. The apartments thselves ate very spacioys. You could actually create a small bedroom in the living area if you needed to. It is a very basic apartment, but one of the least expensive complexes in the area. The side I live on is quiet and you rarely hear the neighbors. The 2 bedroom side of the complex is definitely not as nice. Much more frowded and loud.
