I've lived here 2 years and this is a very secure and clean place and it's close to the Stores. The attention they give in the office always very friendly y helpful
I am new to area and been here 7 months. I find the apartment buildings well maintained and clean. The office alerts you to any maintenance in building so you can plan. Angela who works in office hears what you have to say or need and action is completed or you are informed what is being done. Tenants in my building are of various ages and ethnic groups, all are friendly and building is quiet. Very pet friendly and owners do great job of maintaining. Staff very friendly and caring.
My daughter and I viewed one of their rehabbed apartments and we were told that it was available for a 6/1 move in. After unsuccessfully trying to fill out the application online, I decided to go in. I was told that they would not hold that apartment until 6/1, even though they had no pending application on it. We could view other apartments with the same layout just in another building. I said that's fine as long as we're able to view it before we sign the lease. They said absolutely. While waiting for vericfication that the application went through. The office staff told me some personal information regarding one of the residents. She waited until he was out of earshot before doing so. I could not believe that they just disclosed personal information that was 100% none of my business. After being approved, I asked to view the apartment or see photos, but no one got back to me. I was charged $102.50 and $41.00 and was never allowed to see the apartment, but was expected to sign the lease!! Are you kidding me. Please be sure you see the actual apartment and that the building number and apartment number match what you were told. This is important because there are nice rehab apts and not nice apartments on this property. Also know that you will be charged all the additional fees once your application is approved, not when the lease is signed. Very unethical since I never signed anything verifying these additional charges. Hope this is helpful because I feel they are very unethical and don't want another renter taken advantage of.
This place is an absolute dump! They constantly turn off the water so I cant flush the toilet, take a shower , or even wash my hands. Since Pam left, the new manager deicides to turn the water off every few days which has been affecting me greatly. I have to wash m hands with bottled water every day they turn off the water. On top of that, there are people smoking in the hallways and constant noise from outside. This apartment complex also constantly gets over heated and so I wake up dehydrated most days. They also did a terrible job with the wiring the apartment where the switches are the opposite of what they are supposed to be. They also did a horrible paint job in every room that a child could've done better. Any repairs they do is cheap and doesn't last. The only people that do a decent job are the maintenance people. This place is absolute garbage and a waste of money. If you value your life and the life of your family, don't rent apartments here.

We apologize for shutting off the water, but we are making improvements on the plumbing system and unfortunately that requires periodic shutdowns. We are not aware of any lease violations happening in the common areas. When we speak about your issues, please let us know when this is happening and by whom so we can address these properly. The issues with your heat, which is included in your rent, may be due to a faulty zone valve. We would be happy to look at this; it might only be a small adjustment. We are happy to know our maintenance team is doing well. I’m sure once we speak they can address all of your concerns. Finally, there is ongoing road construction next to the property which may be the noise you are referring. Our newer windows should reduce this. Great apartment for the economically conscientious renter. Quiet, clean and the staff is very responsive. The property is well maintained and although in a major intersection, it does not feel like it. Close to all major highway, shopping and parks. I enjoyed living here! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Customer service is too notch. I was told it will be a smoke free property soon. That was my only negative review.

Earlier this society used to be good, but now below 0 rating. Poor management and too bad homes. You will get bugs and cockroaches even after pest control and after signing the lease management won't entertain you. So make your decision accordingly.

Been here for 2 weeks now. Been dealing with cockroaches, mold, and just a dirty unit in general. Was so excited to live here but the cockroaches started showing up not even 48 hours after moving in. It’s truly been a nightmare. Property manager and building owner are both aware of the issues. Will post an update when the problem is resolved.

It’s the best apartment witch I ever had! I really like this area , this office workers, beautiful staffs!!! Nice neighbors!!! I recommend for all this apartments!!!
