Property Ratings at The Cabanas
This apartment complex is not recommended due to its poor maintenance and structural issues. The floors sag, and several units are in disrepair. Fences are falling apart, stairs and entryways appear poorly constructed, and doors are not secure. Repairs are inadequate and do not last. It is advisable to seek alternative housing options.
I have been trying to get into this community for a while now, unfortunately I have a lot of items and require the largest square footage. ( 2 bed/2 bath) the manager has told me they only have a handful of this size. However, a friend of mine lives here and she loves it! I also love visiting with her quite often. It is so pleasant, and well up kept. The property is small and there is no storage so being a minimalist is important ( or be like me and use the other side of a 2/2 for storage, can you tell I live alone,hehe) I think the staff of this property does a great job and it shows.

We have really enjoyed our new home here at the cottage. It is so peaceful and we love to drink coffee on the porch in the mornings. The neighbors are so pleasant and management is wonderful, very sweet and helped us settle in very well. We love our new home.

I came in about a month ago and spoken to the manager and applied for this complex. I drove around during the day and at night because there is a trailer park near as I was a little worried. I have never seen any suspicious traffic and it seems very quiet and peaceful. I can not wait to start packing for my little Cabana as soon as somebody moves OUT so I can move IN! I did see a bad review and like I said above, I have not lived here but I did notice there is NO storage units or additional closets in the homes so I could see where there could be a little clutter. One thing I DID like about the Cabana is the cabinet spaces in the kitchen was VERY sufficent and larger than what I expected. I think it's a great property because you have that apartment living feel but with your own personal space. I can't wait to move in!!

the lady is the worst manager ever. she got one guy that is the "maintenance guy" but the only thing that he does is getting in the golf cart do rounds and smoke weed with all the tenants, he likes to enter the houses without permission cause he has the key. he lives over there and do nothing. some tenant had problems with him a make various complaints but the management lady did nothing about it. some tenats are like crackheads, there"s so much stuff around tha apartments area. and the lawn services awful. if a continuie writing im not gonna end. i wouln NOT RECOMMENDED this for anything and anyone
