Property Ratings at Calhoun Crossing Apartments
I was a little hesitant when I came to look at the place as my son lived in the apartment before I did it was nice for a starter apartment for them but I was still skeptical but I had to go somewhere so as soon as my son moved out i moved in I’ve been here since October 2020 and I can honestly say I love the place the management is very responsive to your needs if something is broken he does the best he can to get it corrected he’s very friendly as long as you respect the property the apartment was a little dirty when I moved in but I signed an agreement to clean it myself because I needed to move in immediately I did worry about bugs when I first moved in but so far in the year that I’ve been here I’ve honestly only seen about five roaches in my apartment I’ve never been in any of the others it’s very quiet we are beside the train tracks but it’s not that bad neighbors are quiet the neighborhood is safeAnd honestly you can’t be too picky for what you’re paying. I wish I could stay in this place but I’m having to move on but if I ever had to I would definitely come back
You do not rent here, the apartments are garbage, there are many cockroaches, all my furniture was spoiled, I got bed bugs. the description lies
The pet policy is limited but you can have as many roaches as you want.
Everything was all well and good until they got a new owner. Before it was a NICE PLACE TO LIVE but now I cant even go outside without stepping into a litter box. When I go to my car the grass is to my knees. The new owner has done nothing to fix the place like is it really that hard to cut the grass and get cat feces away from the door. Instead he just sits inside the office on the computer or sleeps.
Property Manager at Calhoun Crossing Apartments, Responded To This Review
Dear customer, Thanks for taking the time and writing a review we really value any feedback that we can receive. For the up keep of our apartments we have taken corrective actions to keep the common area clean. However, comments about the grass are a bit exaggerated. For example, how the grass can even grow when the parking lot is made of asphalt and it is right in front.
