Park Kiely is a big gated community at a very convinient location. It's very safe to take a walk (and get enough exercises), during day or during the night, within the complex.

This community is the perfect sanctuary. It's peaceful, and clean, and dog friendly. My apartment is spacious and the walk in closet is just lovely. I love that the parking space is close to my building and the elevator makes grocery shopping convenient.

Park Kiely is my first apartment experience with my little growing family. We have only lived in homes and dealt with the owners directly, so this experience has been different. I don’t have anything really to complain about. We love it here so far. We moved in less than a month ago. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & responsive. I always have a ton of questions, yet I never got the feeling that I was a bother, which I appreciate. Communication is extremely important to me, and I would say the staff at this community fulfill that need and make it easy for me to feel reassured. Turn around for maintenance is quick & their techs are knowledgeable. This community is very family oriented, which is something I was looking for when searching for our new home. There’s plenty of amenities that make being here worth it. I feel safe & comfortable enough to take a stroll with my baby at night because there are people of all ages still out. Kids playing. People on the ball courts. Groups & singles getting their steps in around the community. I love that it’s not a ghost town and it’s pretty active. It truly is a community. I feel grateful to have stumbled upon this place. Looking forward to see what this place has in store for us in the coming months (hopefully years)!

I would not rent here again in a million years. The pest issues, annoying children with careless parents, and awful maintenance, are all not worth it.

Park Kiely is a nice property. I enjoy how family and dog friendly it is with all the greenery and walking paths allowing for a nice jog without leaving the area.

Park Keily community is safe and great community. It has its own issues but in general I feel comfortable living here of course no matter where you go there would be issues and problems but what I like about this community is being safe environment for families and animals which for me that's the main part. I also need to add about how professional the management are in this community and that is very important and I'm grateful of that.

Rising incidents of crimes inside community such as Break-in's, mailbox damage and lot of trespassing people since surveillance cameras are not working. Even when reported, Resident/leasing management team doesn't care and tells that it's our problem to handle security problems and they dont have intention to fix cameras at common places.

Stay away. Maintenance does not do any maintaining. Their workers smoke on property even though this is advertised as a smoke free environment.

Let this be the first and last review you read about Park Kiely. Just don't do it. Spare yourself the time, heart ache, restless nights, and money. There are so many other apartment complexes in the Bay Area. Please seek those out before coming here. Some issues include (and you can verify with other reviews left here): 1. Cockroaches (upon move in, they don't clean.) 2. It is loud (like you can't sleep at night loud) 3. Theft (monthly, I felt like I was paying rent to have my items damaged or stolen) 4. Not safe (consider this place somewhere you can't walk around at night) 5. Mail theft (from INSIDE the mailbox, literally bending the door, night time security can't keep that from happening I guess...) 6. Resident Services (best of luck trying to get anything done) 7. Kind of a homeless shelter (had homeless people in the hallway of my building, sleeping) 8. Trash day (my favorite day, rattles all your windows and walls, even knocks your decorations off the walls) 9. Gym + Pool (you're bound to get an infection of sorts at some point) 10. Price (I paid the price of a 3 bedroom condo for a 1 bedroom cardboard box that I apparently shared with my upstairs neighbors they were just that loud). Just do yourself a huge favor, look for somewhere else.

Park Kiely gets an 8.5/10 in terms of their ammenities and housing, but the best part about them is their Staff. They are extremely helpful and efficient which made my leasing quick and easy.

Attention to detail is minimal at this complex. Management does not care about your concerns in detail, all they care about is getting their money. I have stumbled upon several issues regarding pg&e, me paying for a unit that is vacant, they refused to assist. Said it was all my fault. Not helpful at all, they don't care about their residents.

The apartment is good and the amenities are also good and the maintenance resolved issues fast. But the security of the apartment is not good and it’s the main concern to the people who are living here.

For a property this size they do a great job at maintaining and responding. My experience here has been mainly positives . Only couple things that I wanted to point out. After moving in it definitely seemed like it wasn’t fully inspected. There were a lot of old parts and cleaning that wasn’t done. But I understand given the number of other residents that need to be helped. I’m blessed regardless to be able to secure something.

Overall it's a well managed complex. However the somewhat aged facilities, as well as noisy neighbors (including poor sound isolation of rooms) can be better.
