Cambridge Apartments
The Good: The location is excellent with ready access to public transportation and an easy walk to Downtown or Capitol Hill. The building is dog friendly (up to 75 lbs). Utilities are included in the rent. Though small, apartments are well designed with huge walk in closets and nice buit in storage features. The Down Side: The building is old with no modern conveniences. Washer/dryers not allowed in units. One elevator is frequently out of service. There have been steep rent increases ($100 this year). Preventative maintenance/pest control is poorly scheduled causing units to be entered more frequently than necessary which can be a hassle for pet owners. Lockouts are handled by a contract locksmith with no other option allowed and an outrageous fee. Maintenance response is slow. Overall: Not worth the price.
