Property Ratings at Canyon Creek
Before you sign the lease, ask yourself if you are ok with these: 1. Living with random water outages without notice. 2. Having folks from other apartment complexes drive up and play soccer in your community "tennis" court and endangering cars in the parking lot outside the court with impunity. also, people playing tennis in the parking lot. 3. Have a tree branch fall on your car as a result of poor property management. 4. Having a "shared" community manager which is equivalent to not having one. I don't know if this is still the case but good luck with the office people after your lease is signed. 5. Good chance your rent will be raised at the time of lease renewal while the rents are falling all over Austin. there is probably some brain dead AI that is recommending this. I wish I had known these issues before I moved in.

this place is disgusting. random water shutoff with very short notice. incompetent management. crazy lease terms. avoid this place like the plague.

Water shutoff from time to time. Something is always broken. This place is third world hell. Maintenance work never gets done. Calls are directed to voicemail and never returned.

The apartments are in a state of disrepair. Serious problems with management, staff and maintenance. They will reply this review but get nothing done. The five star reviews are fake lol. Stay away.

I just moved in. My application was handled professionally. The staff was very professional, kind, and quick to answer questions along with trying updating me. I can say that confidently because I was a Realtor for 10 years. The first night I was there an unusual noise started coming from my bathtub. I submitted a maintenance request online that evening which was super easy. The maintenance crew was out there that next morning and took care of it. Thank you for what you do!!!

Current resident because my lease just started. My AC did not work the day I moved in, I sent several work orders, and made several calls. It took 29 days for them to get it running. In July. In Austin. To make it up to me they offered $100 off the next months rent. About 3 dollars per day it was broken. They do not value the residents here.

The apartment grounds are ok overall. The apartments are quite old and outdated. The cabinets are not configurable and the height of the shelves will not fit most of your items. This goes for the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and refrigerator.
