Great Place to Call Home.
The manager and new owner have worked diligently over the past year to improve the apartments and it really shows. If you are looking for a great location and a safe place to call home your search is over.

excellent and getting better all the time
Casa Grande is becoming a better place to call home, all the time. It's under new management and it's not what it was a year ago. It is very safe and they have made big improvements to the public areas. There are no better apartments in the area that I know of. The new management really cares about making this a pleasant place to live and they respond quickly to tenant concerns.

A great place to call home!
Casa Grande has met my expectations in apartment living. The amenities are great and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Casa Grande is a place to call home and have good neighbors. I highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación, espaciosos departamentos y un gran servicio
Esta comunidad está muy bien ubicada, con acceso a la Interestatal I-45 y rutas de transporte público. Los apartamentos están limpios, espaciosos y funcionales. La nueva gerencia se preocupa por sus residentes. Si buscan un lugar bien ubicado al sur de Houston y a un precio justo visiten esta comunidad.

Family oriented
My apt. Complex is small compared to others , it benefits the resident because we interact with each other . It's safe to say that crime is non-existent because. Everyone looks out for each other . My community is racially diverse which was important to me when I chose to live here .
