The apartment it’s self is very spacious and has a lot of storage space which is amazing. Although the hallways and laundry rooms aren’t very well maintained… I haven’t really had an issue with neighbors, maintenance, or property manager. Just wish it was updated and cleaner, but all around a decent place to live.

I love where I live because it is close to many stores, apart from the manager is very attentive that each tenant whenever you need to know something or something happens, she is always available for each assistance she is very responsible.

It's a great apartment complex for those who like to be close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The school system is good also and the bus picks the kids up right in front of the building (elementary). The complex consists of a mix of families and seniors. Unfortunately, it can take a while for issues to be addressed by maintenance but the rent is so low for the area that you cant really complain.
Friendly people who always say hello. The hallways stay pretty clean and well lit. Sometimes the main doors are left unlocked by other tenants leaving objects in the doors. Maintenance is usually pretty efficient. The worst thing about Cedarwood is the location. It's so close to the hospital and fire station so you hear loud sirens a million times a day. I've been here over a year and I haven't had any major problems.
