My partner and I went on a tour of the Centerpointe Apartments with the property manager Jessie this morning, and we were both really impressed! The units are reasonably priced, modern and homey. Jessie was very knowledgeable and spoke highly about the property and the renovations they’re making over the next couple of years. Out of all of our apartment tours, this was by far our favorite and aside from the property itself, Jessis is the reason why!

Wheelchair Accessible! I have lived here 7 years. I've been in a wheelchair 24 years... Centerpointe staff goes above and to make this place home! Everything is accessible, and becoming accessible... right down to the pool! I'm so excited! So many benefits to living here, besides these being the biggest, most accessible place in Canandaigua. Come meet the staff. They are really great, very genuine people!

Sierra was an amazing help; I was looking to move late in the year and having no luck finding a space that I loved. Sierra had multiple apartments that she was able to show me on the same day, and I was able to get the one I wanted with her help. The move-in process was so quick and easy with an app to help you get everything done and switched over. I’ve been in my new apartment for a month now, and I am so happy with everything. And all the people who work in the office have been able to help me when I had questions. Everyone is so welcoming. I can’t say enough good things!

It is great because of the maintenance employees. Recently Jack responded to my maintenance request. He introduced me to the new employee (Derrick) . Both of these employees are very kind and responsive to my needs. My hat off to Derrck as he completed the repair to my satisfaction. Just a note, I never give anyone a five because there is always room for improvement.

The entire staff - Jesse property mgr and Sierra and Chanthea have been very accommodating and helpful with my move in. Some chaos at first but they handled it expertly! After the move in, I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff too! Nick, Cory and Jack were right on any issues that needed fixing or replacing. Jack spent a great deal of time making sure everything worked, was fixed or replaced. My dream of leaving my own home and having a great staff attend to home issues has come true!! So happy to be here!

We moved into this apartment and we’ve never been happier. Literally the most kindest most sweetest office of staff maintenance are always on top of everything always so helpful. They work with you on everything that you need as soon as possible. We are so very happy with the price that we pay for rent we get so much great Amenities washer and dryer hook up so we were able to get machines so no more laundry mats though they do have a washer and dryer in the basement. We are happier doing it right from our apartment very spacious apartment you get the bang for your buck. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Great place, great people the maintenance people and the office lady get thing done in a timely manner, good rent prices and great community. Plus close to town and 10 miles from FedEx.

The staff has excellent customer service, they are kind and very accomodating in the first place. The vicinity is well maintained, the apartment rooms, their pool, play ground, gym. They are also responsive to our needs. Over all I could give them 10 stars.

Overpriced for the service and run down units you get. The units they advertise are not what you'll actually get. They rarely fix anything. Look elsewhere. Water comes in through the windows. Main door lock is broken. Trust me it's not worth it.

Not worth what they charge. Cabinets are pulling away from the wall. The “new floor” is unleveled with cracks in it. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere. Maintenance takes forever to respond if they do at all. Not happy at all with my stay there. Has the potential to be a great complex if the people cared.

Do NOT rent here. Apartments are cheaply constructed and the windows do not seal, so be prepared to purchase a few window insulator kits during the winter. Also, purchase insulator strips for your door as well as a draft guard to avoid losing heat through the one and a half inch gap between door and the floor of your apartment. Maintenance claims to do "building checks" despite out door lights being OFF at night and on during the day. The hallways are dim due to light bulbs not being replaced during monthly "building checks." Poor ventilation in the bathroom is a breeding ground for mold and the apartment complex provides out dated appliances which require more energy consumption. Not to mention the basement conditions which serve as a breeding ground for mold. The apartment complex does not pre screen renters, and will rent to clients who have large oversized dogs (which is against the contract), renters who need a higher level of care (making it Centerpointe Nursing Home), or renters who are obnoxious. Parking at Centerpointe is tight, with children running in between cars. I regret signing the lease here as it has been the worst experience.
I have lived at CenterPointe for a little over 2 years. I started at the apartments which was good except for the fact i couldn't have a dog in the building i was in. I wanted a patio but they don't offer that with a dog building. So i transfered to a townhouse that i absolutely love! The location, land scape and peace n quiet is worth the extra money.
