SoNo, short for South of North Avenue, is an urban district of Atlanta that sits between Downtown and Midtown. This quaint neighborhood borders Interstate 85, so commuting is easier than ever. Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues are all around SoNo. The North Avenue Marta Station and Fox Theatre are directly north of this urban neighborhood.
SoNo is mainly made up of Emory University Hospital Midtown and surrounding medical offices. However, SoNo is also home to the Original JR Crickets, Midtown Tavern, and Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse. Situated immediately west of Central Park, residents have easy access to a community green space. Check out Folk Art Park near the south end of town for some green space and sweeping views of Atlanta’s skyline.

Property Ratings at Skyline ATL
My recent move-in was seamless! Lale assisted me with onboarding and Christiane readily made herself available to assist with any questions I had. They're both excellent staff who facilitated the move-in process, which means a lot considering my busy schedule. Great location and nice neighbors.

Overall, the staff, including maintenance, are not exactly rude, but rather lazy. I’ve brought the same concerns to their attention with little to no response. Security is lacking. The side door entrance is not properly installed; anyone can just pull the door and it’ll open. The hallways are not consistently cleaned, and the carpeting is old with lots of stains, which leads to a standing odor.

From the horrible service from the leasing office, to the upkeep of the community, roach and bug infestation issues, residents not being held accountable for cleaning up after their pets, homeless people on property, I just don’t know what else could be worst than this. And not forgetting fluctuating rent every month. Overcharged and undelivered. Don’t even consider moving here. You will regret it!

The agents in the leasing office are rude and not helpful at all. They make the tenants feel like their the issue instead of resolving the actually issue

Roaches, mold, mildew, maintenance requests that go unanswered for months, people getting shot on the promises, other unsafe conditions that management never informs us about, constant management and maintenance changes - all this could be yours by moving into this building.

Too many management changes. Zero care and concern for current tenants living conditions. Inconsiderate management team. Lack of communication even for serious issues like mold and mildew. I would not recommend this building under its current management.

Overall good experience with some minor distractions in the community particularly with the homeless population the roaming around the building.

Skyline Atlanta property is terrible!!! My daughter’s air conditioner has not properly worked since she moved here 3 months ago. It has now been broken for 13 days and she has been constantly been given the run around by management! Greystar and Faith Family Holdings, Lp should be ashamed to manage this property! Tenants are paying $$$ in rent and living in a hotbox of an apartment. My daughter has asthma!

I moved here June 2022. Broken air conditioner here we are in September and the air conditioner is still broken. I’ve gotten sick with heat related issues. Maintenance requests go unanswered unless you go into the office daily until it’s done. They’re often homeless men harassing you and laying around the community. Gates and doors have been open in the past for weeks. Washer/dryers machines are super old and barely work. I can only run my washer when I’m not home because it’s jumps out of the laundry and moves around very loudly on spin cycle. This place is a joke. No one knows anything in the office. If you have another option for apartment I would go with the other option.

Since moving here 3 weeks ago, we have had the AC go out twice (this time it has been out for over a week and we were told yesterday it probably won’t be fixed until next week!!?), a light fixture in the kitchen fall which left it hanging from a wire that shorted out the kitchen electrical, and consistent lack of response to communication. There is no after hours emergency number that leads to a person, only a voicemail message (hence the electrical wire hanging from the ceiling from evening until mid day the next day). Every call ,at all times of day, goes to voicemail and takes at least a day (and usually much longer) for a response. I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews, but I know we looked at reviews before moving here and feel it necessary to speak up.

Its ironic that every picture you search on this apartment the first thing you see is the pool. Ive lived her for 2yrs. The pool is none existent. As in ive never seen it. The The WiFi Computer Lounge, closed down and filled with random junk. Live Virtual Fitness Instruction, doesn't exist. The Two Expansive Fitness Center.. There's one... This place is not worth the money and uninhabitable in my opinion

I've been living at this property for almost a year and would never renew a lease. To start, the building has a disgusting roach problem. I'm very clean and don't leave food around, but still find roaches in my kitchen almost every night. Various controlled access doors around the building are always broken, either constantly unlocked so anyone can walk in or constantly locked even if you have the key. The pool has been "under construction" since I moved in last July and continues to be closed to residents with no projected opening date a year later. My latest complaint with this property is because the ceiling above my kitchen began to leak this morning and no one in the leasing office seemed to care when I brought it to their attention. I was told that since the leaking had stopped by the time I reported it, matinence could do nothing about it and would return Tuesday, 3 days from now, to inspect the leaky area. So now my kitchen island is covered in mysterious, brown water from God knows where and the water caused my parking gate remote on my keys to break. Meaning I'm also effectively locked out of the parking garage for the weekend. When I discovered this issue later at 4pm the same day, Saturday, I found that the one leasing office worker that I had spoken to earlier decided to leave the office early. The office isn't supposed to close until 5pm, and despite being aware of my leaking ceiling and another matinence issue in the building she decided to excuse herself before 4pm. I called, left multiple voicemails, and visited the leasing office multiple times between 4 and 5 trying to get a hold of someone to replace my key to no avail. I cannot stress how unprofessional it is for leasing office workers to abandon the site before office closing hours in general, ESPECIALLY when knowing that tenants are actively dealing with matinence emergencies. Right before a long weekend at that when the leasing office will already be closed for the next 3 days. I would not recommend SkylineATL to anyone and I look forward to ending my lease as soon as possible.

I was supposed to move in yesterday. Catherine, the assistant manager, told me I had to wait for the carpet to be replaced. So, I went this morning with my money order to pick up my keys for my 1:30 pm move in, only to be told my apartment was NOT going to be ready under any circumstances and there would be no guarantee to when it would be. I asked Catherine to speak to the manager, to which she then kicked me out of her office and told me to wait for Amanda, the manager, and “she had no clue when she’d be there.” I waited for about 45 minutes to which she then kicked me out of the leasing office as a whole. I came back about an hour later to inquire about talking to Amanda again as all of my boxes are packed and I was fully prepared to move today. At that point, Catherine became belligerent, yelling that I because I had become “combative” Century Skyline would NOT be renting to me, even though I’ve already been approved as a resident. Let me be clear: in no way was I combative at all, and I pride myself in being reasonable even in difficult situations. I was desperately wanting to work things out. The bottom line is- after this experience, as long as Catherine is working here, I would personally not feel safe in this community and would NOT apply to live here in any capacity. I still haven’t received a call from “Amanda” the manager, if she even exists about the situation. I am without an apartment and my current lease is up tomorrow, plus I have forfeited my deposit for my movers, all with my welcome letter and first months rent in hand. I’ve truly never experienced an apartment management like this one, and I really hope you won’t have to either.
I moved 500+ miles away from home. I could not tour ANY complexes and had to make a decision sight unseen. Both Deonte’ & Catherine answered the MANY questions and concerns I had. I am a home owner but due to my employer I needed to relocate. Being a home owner, I am impressed with the amenities. I have granite countertops, garbage disposal, adequate counter space, large garden tub and walk in closets. So does the complex. The ceilings are 9ft high. Doors are large and oversized throughout. I hate apartment living but this has honestly been great so far. I am on a higher level. Parking is wonderful. I’ve not seen anyone struggle for a spot. The terrible reviews (which were few) are NOT true. I’ve yet to see any bums in the complex. Elevators are fine and the power has not gone out. The gate work and the overall complex is taken care of by great maintenance staff. I always see them working as I am coming or going. I have read reviews that complex managers will take your calls before you become a renter then ignore you. I can assure you every single time I have had any reason to call since I moved in, they answer. It’s very quiet. I never hear anyone on either side or above. If you’re searching for an apartment, please consider this complex. You will be pleased.
There have been several break ins over the years. Management does little to nothing to deal with security given the location of the property. Save your money and go somewhere safer.

This apartment has constant break ins, trash everywhere, and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night
Lengthy application process . But overall it has been a easy move in. They entire staff has been nice , patient & professional! The property is beautiful!
I enjoy living at Century Skyline. Very nice neighbors and office staff. I love the quiet atmosphere and amenities. I would love to attend neighborhood activities but my work schedule won?t allow it. I leave for work before breakfast functions (6:30 - 7:00 am) and I get home after business hours (6:30 - 7:00pm) wish I could participate more, maybe weekends???
Dope fun place to live....I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the everything. I feel the prices are getting very high though
I enjoy almost everything at Century Skyline. The complex is well maintained, the people are friendly, the location is suitable for me, and modern amenities. However, there are a few improvements I would like to see. Longer pool hours and recreation hours would benefit all of the residents here and possibly attract for tenants.
I am new to this community, and I am already in love. From the amazing experience and customer service I was given from the leasing office to the friendly staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Plus the location is perfect.
Best place to live because it?s in the center of Atlanta , the pool and upstairs is so nice but wish it was open till 12. They close it too early
I?m from Los Angeles California, and having this place here has been wonderful for me when I am in town in Atlanta, Located very close to everything in Atlanta... wonderful rooftop pool. Nice and polite employees. Large spacious unit.
Excellent amenities, great staff who takes care of issues right away Pool is excellent . Cleanliness could use some work, but that is on the residents. Overall I love it!
Pros: Nice units with good features. Feels clean. No insect issues. Fairly calm community. Excellent location. Cons: Some community members do help keep the property up. Management can do more to fine/punish residents that violate. Can be loud outside at times (not an issue for me). The pool and bathrooms will be randomly closed. Constant fire alarms after hours. Overall, I enjoy it. Been here two years. Not looking to move yet.
Great location, great space and amenities. But maintenace and upkeep of amenities and grounds is not consistant due to insufficient staffing.
Office staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests get handled right away! I love the amenities and location. My living space is spacious and modern
Living here was like any other apartment and it has its own pros and cons. Make sure to get all the details of the apartment before picking.
Going on 3 years and still love it. This is my second time living here as well. Lived here when they were built in 2010 and again in 2017. Best bang for the buck hands down
The apartments are nice, the management is helpful, maintenance is quick, and the fitness centers and pool are nice. Only complaint is other residents not following the rules like keeping dogs on leashes and picking up after them.
Great location, staff are very responsive to emails, the rooftop pool is beautiful, repairs get done quickly, building is very quiet at night
I love it, I just wish the pool rules hadn?t change as far as it being open and close but the neighborhood is nice and the space is still lovely
I love it here. My actual apartment is beautiful and I love the space. The leasing staff are some of the nicest people. I am truly thankful I picked to live here.
Awesome building, great amenities, upgraded apartments and a vvery helpful leasing and maintenance staff. Overall 10 our of 10. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in Midtown Atlanta
Living at Century Skyline Apartments is amazing, I love the modern look of the building, the upgraded amenities and the location. The staff at the leasing office and maintenance could not be more helpful
Great community to live in. The management is awesome! The amenities and location can't be beat. Our neighbors are all young professionals. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home in a modern Midtown location
My overall experience has been great. Amenities and location are amazing as well as the apartment itself. Staff is kind and very welcoming to all residents.
Great location and and amenities. Pool is great but sometimes it closes without notice. Great value for money, but some residents are not desirable or clean people and take advantage of staff and building.
The location and gym are amazing! However, the increase in rent every year is the reason I only gave 4 stars. Other than that the place is great !
